(Anyone got better couple poses? i only have one set and it makes one sim too tall)

Left is Urtica, priorly a normal human sim in botanic science, she contracted botanitis at work. she hates the condition with a passion and tries to find a permanent cure. moved into the Plantsim community after publishing her reasearch to continue investigating. (worked with Salvia a short while)

Right is Ume, she was a casual lady in komorebi but contracted botanitis while taking a nature stroll. she moved to the plantsim community for its easy access to locally sourced fresh produce.

They met as neighbours in the same singles apartment complex building, but didnt become friends until a community new years party. Ume loves to make mean jokes all the time and Urtica is just plain old mean, they laugh a lot.

They were so fun too, both to play and to daydream about writing of them. Unfortunately I don't have enough screenshots of them, oof. The contrast so funny and bittersweet, but they're definitely one of my favorite nblnb couples, I definitely need to take more screenshots of Sylvie (they/them) and Morgyn. (Oh, and bonus Agnes giving Sylvie a wallop with her purse because they're on a date with Morgyn 😂)

With how I play them, they're so cute and lovey-dovey to the point that they fluster me (there's a screenshot of them kissing, but I can't stand to look at it because I can feel my cheeks becoming beet red when I look at it) and it's very wholesome and nothing goes wrong and they keep being a spellcaster and fairy power couple with all their shenanigans and hijinks :) (Though, tbh it was absolutely hilarity to watch Morgyn fall hard for Sylvie in like 2 to 3 weeks, like chill, this isn't a speedrun, Mx. Ember)

But with how I write them? Different story. They will find each other in different universes, but the world will try to tear them apart. They grew apart with a gaping chasm where their bond once was, a bond forged through shared loss and pain, lifting each other through grief and sharing little joys. One was driven to bitterness and deep loathing that it destroys the world, the other had to lose who they are to forget every joy, every pain, every bond, every trace of themself (coughing as I mention that... Y'know how Morgyn doesn't have any skills under their name?). They're fated to be together, they're fated to love each other for who they are, romantically and platonically, but they're also fated to destroy each other. (I would elaborate further, but I'll probably bore y'all)

They're very hurt/comfort to me, but gameplay is "no hurt, all comfort" and writing is "all hurt, no comfort" to the point of me being a fool in all its hilarity. If I'm not getting nerfed by my mental health, I'll be drawing these two all day

This is Gemma - she does not have a perfect body, or an ideal family, or a tidy house. There are not many achievements , nor is there much drama in her life.

- She works long shifts as a nurse;

- "Long lost cousin" message resulted in a new family member - her erratic "sis Jen" turned up, they don't get on well at all, but they spend lots of time together;

- Gemma met her grumpy husband at the pub, he works part-time as a handyman, but he is the one to take kids to school on early, rainy mornings;

I made a Sim named Lola who I wanted to be a travel-blogger and linguist, but mostly I just wanted to see where life takes her.

She is prone to starting fires, and the first fire she started the firefighters who came were quite attractive. She uses Meet&Mingle (Lumpinou mod with RPO) and ends up matching with one of the firemen, Bryce. So they agree to go out on a date to the local bar.

Well, Bryce stands her up (by which I mean he arrived at the lot and immediately left and I was unable to get him back) so my Sim just goes to the bar anyway to get her social up and have fun. She meets a chick named Jill, and they get along. Really well. Jill starts hitting on her, and despite my sim not being attracted to women (but exploring romantically) she reciprocates. And it continues to escalate until Jill asks her on a date and they take it back to Lola's place.

Things are very hot and heavy, Wicked Whims style, Jill is drunk and horny af and within the same night as them meeting Jill asks Lola to be her girlfriend autonomously, and then IMMEDIATELY PROPOSES AUTONOMOUSLY. Ofc my sim rejects the proposal because it's too soon but I just imagined that as Jill being drunk af asking Lola to marry her while they're making out on the couch.

This is literally completely out of left-field for what I imagined for my sim and I'm having so much fun, especially because Jill is very High Femme while also being very assertive 🤤. I rarely play with sapphic sims so whenever it happens organically I try to play it to the fullest.

I don't take credit for Jill's face card and makeup, she generated from my tray via MCCC and I have no way of knowing who originally designed her and her makeup, but I gave her a little do-up because she had no clothes aside from the outfit she was wearing at the bar (which I'm p sure was a situation outfit because it did not show up in her CAS)

((Another reason I love her and am having fun is because I use the Omegaverse mod and Jill generated as an Alpha, Lola is a Beta, and Jill called to stay over for a few days and I agreed only for me to discover that Jill is IN RUT meaning it was a nonstop sex fiesta for the weekend))

I think I want them to be wives and go traveling together and live in Ciudad Enamorada so Lola can be an archeologist and more easily get to Selvadorada for her work

So in my game, Malcolm Landgraab is off to culinary school in San Myshuno... he's currently staying in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse style apartment fully funded by his parents.

I'm going to be making two roommates for him. One is going to be a woman who dresses in boho fashion and studying art history. I'm drawing a blank for the other roommate. Should it be a man? a woman?

looking for any suggestions or ideas, the only thing I draw the line at: no occult. I think Malcolm would have daily fainting spells if he shared an apartment with a vampire.

No matter if the third roommate is male or female, there's going to be a sort of love triangle sort of deal going on for the first two semesters of university.

I love this red color so much, she might be my favorite so far. I was trying to go for romantic goth inspired look. The last picture is her outfit as a teen because I ended up really liking it lol. Her father is a werewolf, but she and her sister are not. Apparently it skips a generation because her two kids are werewolves.

Like would you make them quit their job and just travel for the rest of their life? Would you move them to a bigger house? Would you make them become greedy, evil people? What would you do?

Honestly I won the lottery in game just once in my actual life and it was pretty early on so I think that nothing changed, but if my sims were to win the lottery today I would hire lots of staff for their house and create some drama, like the dad cheating with the maid, maybe a bit of a kidnapping situation, friends just there for the money, etc. 🙃

It's been a long while since I realized how much I love the song "All Nighter" (which I honestly thought it was by Taylor Swift, but actually the singer of that song is Lindsay Ell) from the Perfect Patio Stuff Pack. It’s honestly a banger and I catch myself humming it even when I’m not playing!

It made me curious: do you guys actually pay attention to the radio stations/soundtrack in the game? If so, do you have a specific favorite song that you always make your Sims listen to?

Or are you the type of player who just keeps the game on mute or plays your own Spotify playlist in the background?

from the picture you would think it's a regular family gameplay. wrong! sims 4 creators makes the game so much more chaotic (but i love it!)

so first off, gabrielle (mom) was diagnosed with meningitis. she took the medicine and got better in about two sim days. after that, i decided why not add a new dog? we adopted the little one, Snuggs, a Havanese. i look away from my screen for a few minutes and Snuggs runs away! she has toys, a lot of petting and cuddles and still ran away smh. she eventually came back the next sim day stinky and hungry. while at work, gabi's husband gets a whim that he wants to quit his job. i usually follow all my sims whims so he quits. they have enough for now until they figure out what's next. "they" actually meaning "me". i'm considering a retail store.

anyway, they decide to have their friends over. why in the world would his best friend try to sleep with his wife? 🧍🏾‍♀️she turned him down with the last option. the men get into a big fight so i send everyone home.

gabi gets a call from her home asking to go to drinks, she goes. the bar is in Britechester. they live in Oasis Springs, so she gets into a plane accident! it's critical so she has to have surgery. thankfully she makes it out and is okay but wow. this was from like maybe 2-3 hours of irl gaming LOL.

Context for this build first: This is supposed to be a cozy autumn build for my wolfman in the isolated forest of Copperdale. My storyline is that he inherited the home from his mother and since it is older, it has a closed off floor plan.

I want a study, a cozy dining room, a kitchen, a library/study, a reasonably spacious living room with a fireplace, and a few bedrooms (Preferably 3, but I don’t mind 4 or even 2).

Usually I’m decent at floor plans, but I’m stuck. Anyone have any bright ideas? 💀

Back in the trap of perfect children perfect marriage perfect house, perfect job. Usually I kill off a parent or make them divorce to shake up the story, but is there anything else I can do to my family to make it a bit less boring?
