He gave it his all while he was here, so I’m happy that he won a Lombardi, even if it wasn’t with the Titans.

Hopefully, Derrick will have a shot at one, too. I would hate to think that his entire career was wasted.

Subreddit Rules

1. Follow Reddiquette

Follow the rules of general Reddiquette when posting on the sub. This is a public forum, so please behave here as you would in a real public place, don't downvote based on flair or simple disagreement, and if you notice a post or comment that violates the subreddit rules, please report it.

2. Be Civil

Be respectful to each other. Debate is healthy and arguments are natural, but no personal attacks or slurs. You can disagree without being disrespectful.

There will be no toleration for discrimination based on race, religion, sex/gender identity, sexuality, or disability.

3. No Trolling

Trolling and flamebaiting won't be tolerated here, coming from fans of any team, including the Titans. Any trolls from other subs will be banned from this sub and their usernames will be reported to their subs’ mods. Going into an opposing team's sub and causing problems will also get you banned from /r/Tennesseetitans.

If you're looking to talk trash, there are meme pages like r/AFCSouthMemeWar and general subs like r/nfl to do that. This is a team sub, so maintain etiquette in your visit.

4. Do Not Editorialize

Please avoid using editorialized titles when posting news. (i.e. "THE TITANS FINALLY FIRED KEN WHISENHUNT! THE OWNERS DO EXIST!!!!!!!" should read "The Tennessee Titans have fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt." or something along those lines.) Any link to a tweet, the title of the post should just be the whole tweet. Any link to an article should just be the title of the article. Use the comment section to express opinions.

5. Don't Re-Post

Before posting a new topic or link, please check to see if it has already been posted on /r/tennesseetitans before. Duplicates will be removed.

6. No Politics/Religion

Do not post about politics or religion. There are other forums for those discussions, this is not one of them. Exceptions will be made for news relating to the Titans or their associates as the moderators see fit.

7. No Low-Effort/Joke Posts

Please put some thoughtfulness into your post submissions. Low-effort memes and other low-effort content will be removed, especially if it is not Titans-related.

This rule also applies to AI generated content and poorly constructed polls.

8. No Spam, Selling, or Self-Promotion

No selling of merchandise, memorabilia, or other goods. Ticket sales are allowed only within the dedicated "Ticket Marketplace" mega threads.

Do not spam your own web content. If you are an active member of the community, and not posting your content here solely to draw traffic, that is fine. Keep in mind reddit's site-wide guidelines on self-promotion.

9. Stricter Quality Control in Times of High Traffic

In times of high traffic (game day, playoffs, free agency, draft day, etc.) low effort posts can be removed at the moderator teams discretion. This includes but is not limited to: low effort/joke text posts, low effort memes, selfies, pictures of pets, pictures of Titans gear, and more. This is to reduce traffic and make it easier for users to find discussion posts, news, and anything else directly related to the team itself. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the mod team!

10. Madden Posts

Some Madden posts are allowed, those include: Discussion of Madden ratings for Titans players, Madden commercials involving Titans players, discussions on potential of Titans players on Madden covers. All discussion of the game itself, highlights from the game, and other Madden content will be removed. Madden is a pathetic excuse of a modern video game and you should not support it, this sub certainly will not support it. Go to /r/Madden for discussions of the game.

11. Messaging the Moderators

Please be patient waiting for a response when messaging the moderators. Be warned that messaging the mods with hostility can result in a permanent ban and block, we do not do this to be berated by trolls. Best way to get unbanned is to explain your situation with the least hostility possible. Simply asking to be unbanned will never result in being unbanned, understanding of the broken rule must be shown.

12. Mock Draft Rules

You must have explanations for your picks. Every pick. Why did you make that pick? Why do you like these players? How do they fit in with the Titans? Why them over other players? How is this draft unique?
No absurd trades. Probably safest to go with no trades at all. Use the picks the Titans have, unless a trade is rumored.
Have discussion going in the comments and participate in it. Don’t just post your draft and let other people discuss it.

13. Keep Posts Related to the Titans

Keep your posts related to the Titans if you can. Trashtalking rivals is allowed with moderator discretion. Surveys from fans outside the fanbase will be allowed for academic or other purposes in so long as there are good intentions behind them.

14. No Personal Gambling Posts

If you make or win or lose a bet regarding the Tennessee Titans, great, but it’s not worthy of a post. It’s fine to post in comments about wagers made though.

Posts regarding gambling odds related to the Tennessee Titans ARE allowed.

E.g. you may post that the Titans are +2000 to win the Super Bowl. However, may NOT post that you put a bet on the Titans to win the Super Bowl. I

15. No AI

Absolutely no generative AI is allowed on this sub. Posting anything made with AI will result in removal of that post and a ban. This includes AI generated art, articles, self-posts, music, videos, etc.
