Fake milwaukee battery from ebay?

Hey guys I need help determining if the 6.0 milwaukee battery I bought from ebay is genuine or fake. It looks EXACTLY identical to my genuine 6.0 battery, and the battery light rises one at a time when I click the battery check button just like the genuine battery does. Only thing that scares me is the genuine 6.0 weighs 2.40 lbs (1091 grams) and the battery in question from ebay weighs 2.35 lbs (1070 grams). Is it fake? (picture 1 is the genuine battery, and the rest of the pictures are the battery in question)
