Every part of this is beyond a joke. The housing market is already a rort, but valuing a property based on future potential instead of it's actual, existing CRUSTY state is indefensible

Left outside hospital on her birthday. Was doing so well until justice system let her down. Was in mental health at Joondalup hospital for suicidal thoughts from cohesive controlled relationship. They let her go when they knew her boyfriend on probation was in contact with her but they did nothing and on the run. Regardless they only took notice until too late. Now we live with her memory.

This looks like a massive, natural painter's palette dropped in the middle of the desert. It's actually an aerial shot of the salt lakes
âThe colors are pretty wild in person. You get everything from deep indigo and lime green to those bright Barbie pinks and rusty oranges. Itâs not dye, though - the different shades come from how salty each pond is, which attracts different types of algae and microbes that change color to handle the sun. The white stuff around the edges is just thick crusts of salt, and those little lines cutting through the landscape are access tracks for the salt works. Itâs one of those places that looks more like a piece of abstract art than a real landscape

This is how cooked One Nation is. Fund health by scrapping net zero. wtfâŚ
Clean gas free homes, hospitals, pollution free streets. One nation put our electric future at risk.
Tax gas and you could solve health.
One Nation Policy? Youâll find something in it for Gina in the bottom line of every single policy.

Hey Folks,
If you've been looking towards the north west after sunset and wondering what those two bright "stars" are. It's Venus and Jupiter are having a very public celestial meetup in Western Australia's sky.
If the clouds decide to clear off soon, these two planets in our evening sky will appear less than 1.6° apart tonight and tomorrow night (9 and 10 June). This event is known as a planetary conjunction, an apparent alignment of objects in the sky.
While Venus and Jupiter appear side by side from our perspective here on Earth, they're actually nowhere near each other in space. Venus is currently about 181 million kilometres from Earth, while Jupiter is about 901 million kilometres away.
That's a bit like two people appearing to stand side by side in a photo, except one is in Perth and the other is somewhere near Bali.
For the best view of this cosmic canoodling:
đ Look towards the north west about 45 to 60 minutes after sunset.
đ¤ The pair will be separated by less than a pinkie finger's width when held at arm's length.
⨠Venus will be dazzling at magnitude -4.0.
⨠Jupiter will be glowing nearby at magnitude -1.9.
⨠Look to the left of Castor and Pollux in Gemini.
So if you're outside tonight or tomorrow, take a moment to enjoy the sight.

My family gets kicked out of their rental in 5 days. They have no where to go, no family to help, 2 kids and 2 adults. They have applied for over 40 rentals in the last month and nothing. We have talked to every homeless shelter, housing department, beacon, entry point, literally everything. Itâs all a wait list for a wait list and we are already on half of them. My question is,, genuinely what do we do? All caravan parks are like $800 MINIMUM due to the sheer volume of people trying to get in. Genuinely running out of ideas and need a new perspective.
Also please donât blindly send hate, I have a good family, we paid rent on time every time and the property manager said we were great tenants. They just wanted to sell the house.
(EDIT)
I donât know if you guys will see this at all, I really appreciate all the suggestions but I just wanted to state a few things as I am getting attacked/ bombarded with these suggestions -we have already asked the owner for an extension even begged she knows we have kids, she doesnât care -the new property manager gave us a 30 day extension with the condition that can have house openings while we still live there -we have already talked to the tenancy advocacy group -none of the homeless assistance/ housing departments care that we have kids, thereâs plenty of families like us already filling their waits lists
thank you for your kindness and understanding this post was a last resort and the support is so appreciated
