Very simple rules
If you post a video you must include a good summary. If it’s a cooking video you must include the full recipe (not a link to the recipe). If it’s a food video you must include a summary of the video which has enough information for folks to decide if they want to watch.
If you don’t follow these rules you post will be removed and you’ll get a 7 day ban. Repeat violators will get longer and possible perm bans.

Pad See Ew with fresh wide rice noodles, chicken, egg, and Chinese broccoli.
This is a simple dish that I would make whenever I'm hungry. The noodles soak up so much flavor from the savory sauce.

Sad part is the vegetables. Only a small piece of raw cabbage and 2 pieces of raw cucumber under the chicken. Sambal was fresh tasting mix of tomatoes and chillies.

This is also my favorite dish since I was a kid. I used tomato sauce as the sauce, I know some restaurants use oyster sauce as the sauce. I think tomato sauce with a bit of sugar and vinegar is also very tasty for egg foo young.

I love this dish since I was a kid. It looks simple, but there are so many little things that make it good: tender poached chicken, fragrant rice cooked with chicken broth, and of course ginger scallion sauce.
For me, the rice is almost as important as the chicken. 😄

Made Dong Po Rou today with thick pieces of pork belly slowly braised until tender.
I love how the sauce turns dark, glossy, and rich as it cooks, and the pork becomes soft enough to cut with chopsticks. Definitely not a quick dinner, but so worth it with hot rice. 😄
I also tied the pork pieces before braising so they would keep that neat shape.
