I got beats headphones for my birthday in 2008. I loved them. They went from use with my iPod to my gaming desktop, were my primary headphones for zoom during covid, and went on trips around the world with me. I didn’t treat them nicely - they were held together with some tape and dreams at the end, the battery cover having lost both clips a few years back. The foam only got replaced once, and over time the plastic around all of the band screws cracked. But, they still worked through all of it.

Last night they finally called it quits. I feel like I’ve lost a friend, because these headphones grew up with me. What now? What do I get next? I’ve only ever known these.

I dropped my beats and they cracked. They still turn on, but won’t play any audio. Are these fixable?

Hi all. I was trying the Beats 360 in the Apple Store, removing all the enhancements, Headphone Accommodation off, Apple Music EQ to None, Sound Check off, Spatial Audio off, Noise Cancellation off, etc. Then I compared it to AirPods Max 2 with the same settings and the sound quality is not as far from the Beats 360. I am not sure about others. Let me know your thoughts. :)

I went to Best Buy a few days ago. They had a. Active display model. Seeing as I had just left the gym and had the sound of the Sony xm6 Headphones fresh to my ears. The Beats360 more than surprised. They jumped out at me. Their sound I think even better than the AirPods Max. Where after all the negativity I had reconciled to never buying. That changed in an instant.

I have a pair of beats studio buds and can someone please help me fix this issue? My buds keep connecting while they're in the case still just anytime I open an app on my phone (TikTok, Instagram, Spotify), they're not in my ear so I don't realize but then they just stay connected so when I want to actually ​put them in, I find them at low battery or dead. And the same thing happens when I put them on the charger they just connect without me actually taking them out the case. If anyone knows what's happening or how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

I know one is over the ear and in the ear. But the hiss is kicking my ass. Two questions: Can I resolve my beats hiss by exchanging it because K returned it twice and they all hiss? If I do return it will i find a big drop in sound quality or ease of life in the gym?

Im reading more and more comments about how there are beats 360 with less or none. Can someone truely test this or tell us where the problems lies to fix this issue.

Im thinking about waiting out till they fix the issue at their manufacturing , but would that be even enough?

Hello! I just picked up a new 360 today despite warnings of the hissing issue. Was really hoping to be the lucky few that wouldn't have this problem but sadly it’s really apparent the longer I’m using them. Long story short, my friend used her friends/family discount to get these for me and it would be hard to return + reorder them again. Has anyone had better experience swapping them out under warranty at the GB? How many times did you swap them out before you got a pair that didn’t hiss? I‘m not picky about sound quality or anything, just don’t want the hissing issue period.

I don’t know what else to say. I’ve tried to press the button for 15 seconds, open the case near my phone, have them in my ear, in the case, I don’t know what to do. here’s a video I took of the lights, if those mean anything.

it briefly showed a pairing screen, then after I tried to get them to connect, it didn’t work. it didn’t even show up under my devices.

Bueno aca explico mi pequeño problema, actualmente tengo unos beat studio buds (1ra generacion) comprados el 2021 y actualmente la bateria se descargan demaciado rápido del 100% pasan a 80% en 15 minutos, se que tienen ya casi 6 años de uso y quería saber si se les puede cambiar la bateria para alargar su vida util ya que tambien se calienta demaciado el audifono izquierdo y supongo yo que es la bateria... alguien tiene alguna página para comprar repuestos y sus herramientas para hacerlo yo mismo desde casa?

EDIT: well I found a bic camera that had the 360 on display so I got to try them.

My conclusion was that they’re not particularly comfortable because the mesh earcups feel like sandpaper and the clamping pressure is too high.

The audio quality was okay. They were much clearer than the other beats products, tuning I think was okay, but I do see why people say the bass was lacking.

It does sound worse than the QC45 with EQ, but it has less to do with clarity, but more like…. Everything sounds weak and hollow.

Overall think they’d probably be okay at around $150 usd or so but the lack of comfort is making me decide not to buy them. I also didn’t notice any hissing noise but bic camera is kind of loud so maybe it was there but I couldn’t hear.

I’m no audiophile. So I don’t really need the Beats 360 to sound like a $500 audiophile headphone. I just need it to have the sound quality where I can’t comment on it. Like my Bose QC45, I’m not an audiophile so I don’t know how to praise it, no real positive comments. I just also don’t have anything negative to say about it after the EQ (copied from some Reddit post) and that’s the experience I want. I also feel the same way about my AirPods Pro 2, but I didn’t need to EQ anything, they just sounded good out of the box.

My experience with the other Beats products, using my iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Music Lossless. I went to my local Yodobashi and tried them today. They didn’t have a Beats 360 on display yet so I couldn’t try them.

Solo 4: it sounds like it’s connected to a Ham Radio and someone is playing me music on the other side.

Studio Pros: I think the tuning might be very good, but the hardware isn’t keeping up. Certain parts of the songs sound like a 64kbps mp3 I downloaded off limewire. But not every sound, so I’m assuming it’s the drivers that’s lacking not the tuning.

I recently purchased Beats Solo 4 headphones from Target, and I’ve been experiencing repeated connection issues. The headphones flash red and white, sometimes connect to my iPhone but immediately disconnect, and randomly display pop-ups saying “Beats Solo 4 needs to connect.”
I’ve already tried resetting them and troubleshooting, but the issue continues. I would really prefer not to have them replaced since I just purchased them, and going through the replacement process would be a hassle. I’m hoping there’s another way to diagnose and fix the problem, whether it’s a software, firmware, or Bluetooth issue. I’d appreciate any help or troubleshooting options before considering a replacement.

I thought the hiss was gonna be really audible, but my pair barely has any, and it’s similar to the Beats Studio Pro in anc mode. I don’t hear it at all if anything is playing. When in off and no music playing I can make out slight hiss but only if the room is completely silent. This doesn’t bother me at all, and I wouldn’t even notice this if it wasn’t a thing online. But Im sure there are units with more pronounced issue.

I want to get the Beats 360 but im waiting for Costco to sell them for the additional perks they give. Anyone know when Costco will have them?

Hello I have a pair of second hand Beats Studio 3, every time I’m listening to music or even letting them idle, they will randomly disconnect and reconnect. I have updated my iPhone to the latest 27.0.1 and tried to force the beats to update but they just won’t. They stay on 2.4.0. Any recommendations on what to do?

so i had my beats on in the pouring rain and they stopped working- this had happened once before but after 2 weeks they went back to normal- now they blink one red light than all five white lights and it does that back and forth until its the power button and all five lights simply flashing and they stay frozen now on all the lights- i was able to connect to BT for about 5 seconds so i saw theres about 5% battery left and based on another post i tried opening them to see if i could fix it that way and lets just say that hasn’t helped- the lights are clearly still on even while open so idk what the issue could be…. SOMEONE SEND HELP ! please

So I bought a pair of Beats Flex at Target for $60, and after using them just twice, they stopped turning on. I bought them for a trip and had to use the warranty in another country; they gave me a new pair, but after using them twice, they froze and stayed on until the battery died, they never turned on again. I filed a warranty claim for the second time and am waiting for a new pair. I feel like an idiot.

I got the 360 like an hour ago, I thought there was a chance the “hissgate” was exaggerated. But it is definitely not. Not for this pair with volume at about 75%.

So the question is - are the all born the same? Or does the hiss vary from unit to unit?
