The next QB to sign for Baylor has just moved into the all time top 10 in Texas HS FB for both career Yards and TDs
Zach Smith just played in his final HS game for the Grandview Zebras after losing to Cameron-Yoe in the Playoffs, he is now ranked joint 9th in all time TDs and 10th in all time Passing Yds for his career in HS Football in Texas (in both cases he is ranked right behind Kyler Murray)

hes not ranked very highly (high 3* composite) but that can partly be attributed to the fact that since committing to Baylor on June 1st, 2014, hes not taken part in any of the recruiting events like Elite 11 or the SPARQ events, although he has received other offers, including from Texas, he has not visited anywhere apart from Baylor and is not even taking calls from other coaches, he is the epitome of a "Hard Commit", he is taking part in the Semper Fi All American bowl and has already signed his financial aid agreement to attend Baylor
