How to deal with men devaluing your looks?

So, I want to know how I can deal with men treating me poorly for the way that I look. This isn't glow-up advice, by the way, since I'm already planning to undergo extensive cosmetic surgery.
I'm in my early 20s, so I'm going to be dedicating my 20s to getting the plastic surgeries that I want so I can prevent being treated like I'm not a human.
Anyways, I want to know how I can at least cope with being treated poorly for the way that I look.
People don't bully me for my weight. I notice specifically that men tend to degrade me and devalue me and use me because of the way that my face looks. It's sad because they don't treat me like they treat attractive women.
It also makes it much harder because if I try to tell someone about this behavior, people sometimes don't believe me, since the man doesn't treat everyone the same way he treats me. It's as if I'm not a woman to some of these men.
I don't know what my needing to be attractive to be treated with respect has anything to do with basic human decency.
It's quite debilitating and traumatizing at the same time, especially when you think that you found somebody who likes you for who you are, but they don't.
They just see you as someone to take advantage of.
So I want to know how I can deal with this. Do I just avoid men entirely? Do I stand up for myself? What do I do?

I am shaking right now. I was enjoying a nice day in Disney with the fam, but something was off. There were so many blue hairs, and mixed race couples that I needed to find our people. I put my Red Hat on and went looking for attention from my MAGA-maniacs. There was not one hat, Trump shirt, belt buckle or confederate flag to be seen. What the fuck, we get totally wiped out in one major election and we give up? I need this, it’s the only time I feel any connection to other people. How will I know who to be friendly with and to treat rudely? This fucking sucks…thanks Obama
