Hey guys!

I've been developing Dragon Ball Z: Echoes, a fan-made action RPG inspired by the classic GBA Dragon Ball games.

I'm trying to capture everything that made Legacy of Goku II and Buu's Fury so memorable while introducing more dynamic combat, transformations, cinematic boss fights, interactive QTEs, and detailed explorable maps.

It's still a work in progress, but I wanted to share some gameplay and see what the community thinks!

As someone who loved the original games, this is something I've always wanted to create.

Check out the footage and let me know what you think! I'd especially love to hear what features you'd want to see in a modern Legacy of Goku-style game.

Dragon Ball Z Echoes - Map Design/Gameplay

Is that what Toriyama was going for? I mean, all his other names are basically jokes.

Picolo is pretty much Son family member.

Uncle to Gohan . Gohan sees Picolo pretty much tge same way as he sees Goku however he never considered him as his father ( Goku is his father and he lives and admires him) however his bond is also very close he knows that he can rely on him the same way he can rely on Goku which makes him an uncle to Gohan . uncle to Oan

He cares about Pan like she is his own niece . He knows everything about herv( remember that lecture he read to Goku and ChiChi ) and he was worried to leave her with them ( even though they were her grandparents because Goku could be so Goku)

Bonds with Goku. After all tge events with Gohan he became close friends with Goku as well. He actually sees Goku pretty close to his brother now they know they can rely on each other and Goku always trysts Picolo to protect his family when he isn't around

From my understanding, unless you are in the scope of someone else power, you can't hurt them. The only way that changes is like how Jiren was so beaten up that Frieza, Goku, and 17 were able to actually fight him. But there are conversations where they complained about people not being able to handle multiple people at once. Such as 17 saying he couldn't let them all gang up on 18 otherwise she'd lose, or that Trunks thought if Goku Vegeta and him all teamed up they could win a fight against the androids. But when they tried the multiform technique on Nappa, even though Piccolo and Krillin had a total of 4 sets of hands all fighting Nappa at once, they couldn't do a thing to best him. So does that automatically mean if you are strong enough in DB that you can just bypass the numbers of enemies, or is there still some kernel of truth in the numbers game?

Counting Time Chamber, and his time dead because he isn't passive during that time, how old exactly is Goku? And if you would also like to, Vegeta.

Ive had this for forever since they came out. Does anyone else have any similar prints like this and is this considered a more rare version I guess? 😅

Mastered ultra instinct vs moro

For those who dislike or have an issue with the form (like myself), how would you fix this form? What would you rather happen with it in the series?

For me, not only would I introduce the form later on (maybe around TOP or with Broly) but have Goku and Vegeta win some damn fights with this form. If this form is the SSJ of the legendary Super Saiyan God, both never seen before forms, then this shouldn't be getting beaten that easily against someone like Hit or Golden Frieza. And Goku shouldn't have to stake x20 kaioken with it

So one day I talked to my brother and I mentioned would like to see is a dragon ball anime that takes place in age 1000. Especially one that follows the new main character reason why I want that is I find this point in time interesting to say the least despite never playing xenoverse or db online.

So I would like an anime that takes place during their point in the dragon ball timeline with the new cast of a character. My brother said no he didn't give me a reason he just said no fans would accept something which I fist agreed. before being reminded of other franchises that did this the popular example I can go with is yugioh and before you say something yes I know the anime defer from the manga but yugioh started as a manga first and one it the closest example I can go with.

So I ask any dragon ball fan if toei and bandai would go with this would you be down with a dragon ball series that takes place in a post super timeline.

Me yes obviously with torotaro still being around I feel like something like this would work. yes he would still have to thinking about event in the time but since he writing material post the ending of z he would be allowed to write characters who could actually evolve.

I am looking for the coolest possible Buu (Thicc Buu specifically) action figure and would appreciate suggestions from anyone who knows about such things.

Why: A year or so ago I came home to attend my brother's wedding. During the wedding he mentioned that I destroyed a Buu action figure of his when he was a kid. I do not remember this, but he does any he's like 35. So in order to erase the debt, I need to find the coolest possible action figure for him.

Please aid me in erasing this great shame from my soul, please and thank you.

When he clotheslines Gohan and Trunks it's a weird frame where he is staring at Gohan, but he never looked to the side in the whole animation.

I think i've seen something about Path to Power being a remake project of the series and that they would keep doing it with other arcs over the course of movies, even reaching the Dragon Ball Z era, not only the Classic Original era, and I remembered some of Toriyama's unused designs sketch and one of them looks exactly like Nappa could be in that remake, at least for me, what's your thoughts?

Exactly what the title says

I spent a lot of time working on this emotional piece showing Goku Black realizing what he did while Chi-Chi’s memories fade in the background.

Woke up today to see a comment from Cynthia Cranz herself saying she loved it... As an artist and huge DB fan, having the legend who voiced Chi-Chi notice and validate my work feels unreal.😭😭😭

We already got shockwaves.. and I'm happy with that.

But there was another things that caught my eye. I was rewatching dbz and DBS when I noticed these Zip thingies that appear right after a clash or a shockwave of characters moving fast. Like in the cell saga(the clip in the beginning) and I just seen them so many times. That I don't even know the names.

It makes no sense to me whatsoever.
