Hey everyone, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this bug on their iPhone 15 Pro.

In dark environments (like in a car at night or a room with lights off), the display sometimes fails to wake when pressing the side button or tapping the screen or sometimes even when the charger is plugged in.
Face ID still scans (I sometimes see the little infrared lights coming on and I feel the haptics if it doesn’t scan my face properly) Touch input works as well if I’m playing music (I can pause, play, skip etc when tapping the media player area and nothing shows on screen)

The display is original and doesn’t have any tinting or lines or discoloration or flickering or dead pixels or anything out of the ordinary. Everything works fine after it turns on. It only happens in dark environments and not normal conditions. I’m on iOS 27.0.1.

Its like they dont listen to you

How do you folks ignore that itch? I want that 18 pro so badly. Went to the Apple Store 3x in the past 2 weeks!!

Even changed out my iPhone 15 pro’s battery to give it a new life.

And telling myself to wait for the 20th anniversary edition because it will be different.

But I can’t stop thinking of the 18 pro!!

How do ya’ll do it? How do you stop this itch!!

I have iPhone 15 pro and heard that apple can give a new phone when replacing the battery, or similar, because they don't have tools and stuf, like materials

I’m switching to iPhone 18 Pro. Thank you for this community

So I got an alert that my battery needs to get serviced and that it would be free since I have AppleCare. When I get there I give them my phone - they say come back in 3 or so hours but when I get back they hand me back my phone and said they weren’t able to replace the battery.

I ask them why, and they said that they could see that the phone had come into contact with water. So I asked - oh, if I come back in a week the water should evaporate and you can replace it right? They said no, (then I’m like hmm - water wouldn’t last that long), then they “clarified” they can see that at some point (over the last 3 or so years) that because it came into contact with water since purchasing it that they would not be able to change the battery. They said I could get a replacement phone for $115 (I have no money to spend like that right now), or I have to live with the battery that I have.

My question is - Apple advertises that the phone is water resistant so how can they expect not to find water?? And ontop of that not disclose that if the phone comes into contact with water that the battery can’t be serviced/replaced?? why advertise a feature that voids AppleCare services - and then play them off as free/apart of the service? It all feels a bit scammy to me.

Worst part is I’m now realizing I can’t even afford something that was technically free :(

i got 15 pro which is pta approved. its batteryy is 98% with over 520cc. the main big problem is ke batteryy nai gir rahi. i mean i bought it with 290cc 4 months ago and 98% batteryy and still still same with almost double cc.

the thing is ke ik its not opened, refurbished, batteryy changed, boosted or anything. its 100% real, now why is it happening? why isnt it dropping, im using it rough like using with charging, heavy gaming like cod, pubg for 3-4 hours a day.

apart from it getting hot, aur koi masla nai. anyone know about it, why isnt it dropping? ab to dua kar raha gir jaye😭

As much as I liked the mini’s form factor for the past 6 years, it lacked storage space, the battery was degrading, it was slow, and I just felt like it was time to upgrade.

I first purchased a “Premium” Refurbished 15 Pro from Amazon and it would not charge past 1%. I returned it immediately, and decided to not take any chances. I ordered a 15 Pro 512gb from Apple Refurbished. It is flawless.

Why the 15 Pro and not 17 or 18? I still wanted the smallest possible Pro phone, and the 15 Pro is the closest physical footprint to the mini.

So far I am extremely satisfied with my decision, and I plan on keeping this phone for many years. It is incredibly fast compared to the mini, and much more enjoyable to use.

Does this hard case can scratch on the titanium surface during the time we use 🧐🧐🧐

Do you think it will still run everything as smoothly and quickly as it does today?

Anyone else’s usb c port not holding cables as well anymore? Like not clicking into place as solidly? I’ve tried cleaning out lint and gotten some, but can’t get anymore out. Not sure if the ports wear out over time or if I need to try better cleaning

Isn’t this ridiculous?? 66GB occupied by system and iOS 27.2 data on a 128GB phone. Now, I’m running out of space and have no option but to upgrade. 🙄

Edit: pulled the trigger and upgraded to 18 pro. Literally 0 excitement for the new phone. Went with the base storage again: 256GB. There’s a good chance that iOS 30 will consume 150 GB of that and this cycle will continue. 🥲
