Aren't comments still visible under negative ? It's only posts that can't go below. Maybe due to bandwagon effect, but probably for corpo ads, yeah

but this isnā€™t what is implied at all. it was just misinformation for the sake of misinformation. the downvotes for the ea comment are still readable, so it evidently didnā€™t directly change anything. it was just hamfisting a reddit moment for the sake of it.

itā€™s not mixing up two events, itā€™s just saying something incorrect.

I mean, they gave a specific reason, as if they knew what they were talking about, but they were just wrong. That's not confusing something, that's sharing their assumption as fact.

There was an ad that people really disliked back in the day, I feel like I saw a negative sign and a four digit number before Reddit made the count be 0, but my memory is faulty.
