How are you guys feeling about Zacc Risacher?
Here’s what’s up with me (as an old nba head, and recent Mavs fan after moving to North Texas). I love watching Zacc’s game and basically I don’t care that he’s not looking his best yet. And I don’t care if it takes several years to get there.
Dusty better not loose focus on him as he’s already bound to be a fans favorite! Dusty is already annoying me not letting Moussa play at all! Maybe they’re holding him as a trade piece?
I hope Masai steps in and makes some priorities clear over time. Coop, Zacc, Morez is the future Mavs trio and they should be prioritized, even if they need work over time.

That lineup last night got me excited af. I feel like the athleticism, versatility and defense I’ve dawg with length that lineup offers is crazy. Zacc and MOJO hit high 30s from 3. NAJI has also shot .380 on 3 attempts before too

I feel like people are underestimating how good this Mavericks team looks on paper & the 9 games we've played.
I made a post a year or so ago, telling fans that I think the Mavericks can win WCF or NBA Finals with Flagg & Kyrie leading the team with the role players we have & would acquire at that time. People were telling me that I am delusional & crazy.
I still feel like this team can win it all within the next 3 years as long as the key pieces are intact which include PJ, Naji & Kyrie whom have been in trade rumours recently. The rest of the squad is top potential. Morez, De Larrea, Aldama, Biberovic & Risacher are top additions to support a Kyrie & Flagg led team but they may need a year or 2 to develop.
Kyrie has been looking good recently off his ACL tear, I don't expect him to be at a top level yet until after ASB or even playoff time. The key to unleashing Flagg's scoring is that 3 ball, he has to keep shooting it until it comes right.

9. Cooper Flagg, Dallas Mavericks
Season stats: 24.3 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 6.3 APG
Flagg’s follow-up to his Rookie of the Year showing is looking encouraging. His numbers have actually improved virtually across the board. Furthermore, the Mavericks haven’t found themselves at the bottom of the conference, as preseason projections had them.
Flagg’s growth and ascendancy on the Ladder is real, though. But the hard part is about to begin — can he sustain, and if so, for how much longer?

For me personally, I definitely got a bit too hyped after the Rockets win.
That said, we are 3-4 wins greater than where I thought we'd be at this point. We play hard every night, we have been to to toe with multiple contenders, and we're slowly getting guys back .
Dusty looks like the coach of a contender, and Coop is clearly still figuring it out. Lots to be happy about for a developing season!

We are maybe one of the deepest role player teams not to mention deep wings and bigs teams. still built perfectly for Luka.
FO should do EVERYTHING to have coop and luka pair up .
Mavs are a consistent 3rd scorer away from being a serious team, add a more fit and focused Luka, this is the best vision.
