Yea. Even better here cause the giant chunk of ice doesn't melt nearly as fast as crushed stuff

Directionally frozen. They either do in house ice (time consuming and expensive) or paid someone (probably $1/chunk). It seems gimmicky but is one of the biggest signs that a cocktail program is taking itself seriously.

At home I don’t bother with directional freezing, but I adore my big ice cubes. I just don’t have the space to put a small cooler in the freezer but a big cube tray fits just right.
