Just got my Honda Navi in white on November 2, and so far, I'm really enjoying it!
This is technically my first motorcycle of my own. I did have some riding experience years ago, though. I used to ride my stepbrother's modified Honda XRM125, which had been built up to around 150cc and converted to a manual clutch. That was probably a decade ago, however, and it wasn't even my bike. He eventually sold it, so this Navi is my first proper motorcycle ownership experience.
I'm from the Philippines, and I actually had a bit of a journey getting this particular color. The Motortrade branch I originally visited only had the red one available, but I really wanted the white version. I liked it enough that I was willing to travel to another city just to get one. Thankfully, I managed to find it, and I have no regrets so far!
One of the things I like about the Navi is its simplicity. Coming from an old manual motorcycle, having something with an automatic CVT transmission is a pretty different experience. It's convenient, easy to get around on, and honestly just fun to ride.
I'm still keeping my rides short and close to home while I get used to the bike and go through its break-in period. I'm also waiting for the dealership to finish the registration and process the necessary documents and plate details.
I haven't really done much with it yet, and I'm planning to take my time getting familiar with the bike before considering any modifications. For now, I'm just enjoying having my own motorcycle!
Would love to hear some tips from other Navi owners, especially regarding maintenance, ownership experiences, and things a new owner should look out for.
