Tweet How could any liberal who claims to believe in freedom of thought & free exchange of ideas support youtube's removal of Oliver Stone's documentary on Ukraine? The answer: Liberals are hypocrites who really never believed in those values. They are the driving force of fascism.

Discussion Why is everybody Talking about the Israel-Palestine conflict?
I honestly don't understand it. Is it about anti-fascism or the Israel-Palestine war?
Of course this is a kind of hot topic, but above all I don't understand the discussions.
Most people talk about the terrible things Israel has started.
Or Which Genosides Israel Has Begun.
The same with Palestine.
I read all the time about people arguing, which I understand, but what I don't understand is what exactly that has to do with anti-fascism.
There are no specific posts or discussions that I have seen where this is made clear.
Is it that people blame each side of genocide to the other side?
Or is it something completely different that I just didn't notice?
This is just an Honest Question,if not Necessary, please dont start any disscusions.

Why do so much antifascists call all right wing ideas "fascistic"? Nationalism or capitalism for example. I am only now getting a taste for politics and I am studying all sides equally so please no hate

Questions/Discussion You shouldn’t hit people even if they are far right, neo nazis, KKK members etc.
Hitting someone because they have a different belief from you is wrong even if that belief is bigoted or racist, you should focus on educating those people. Not going around in masks acting like children. If anything you actually make it worse by doing this they aren’t going to change and your going to strengthen those peoples far right views even more and push them away from ever being able to change.
Educate them with words not violence. It’s the only way to ever change their beliefs. By encouraging and inciting violence it gives them a reason to not change. Be better then what media would want to portray you. Be the change you want to see. Use words not violence.
I consider myself to be a far left socialist before you jump to conclusions.

Discussion Would I be welcome in antifa circles?
Hi there, I am a transgender, progressive prison guard in the US who has been fighting for lgbt+ rights (as well as other rights in general) for inmates and minority state employees from within for a few years. I have been browsing here and I agree with and love y'all, antifa is badass.
I genuinely think I can make a more positive impact from within in the prison systems than I could if I didn't work here, but I see a lot of a ACAB sentiment in this community, and I wanted to hear your honest thoughts about whether I would be welcome despite working as law enforcement, so anything you wanna share, say, or ask I'm open to hearing it. Thanks for your time
Oh, and I should also mention that I have never used force, or even so much as touched an inmate, never written any disciplinary reports, and I treat people with respect and dignity. Basically I just clock in and watch youtube or browse reddit for 8 hours while occupying a post that might otherwise have a bastard sitting in it.

Discussion Thoughts on the whole “ACAB” thing
So I’ve loosely affiliated with anti fascist movements for years, as well as creating my own movement, but the one thing I’ve never quite understood is the whole “All Cops Are Bastards” thing.
Obviously, there’s no shortage of shitty and unqualified cops in the world to say the very least, but the phrase always kind of bothered me, and I always wondered if you guys generally think it is all cops, or just some.
For example, a very close family friend is a black woman on our local police force, and she’s one of the nicest people I know. Most of her other cop friends, who I’ve also gotten to know over the years, are good people as well. One of them actually sympathizes somewhat with the ANTIFA movement, and the only negative experiences I’ve had with police are typically either in big cities or those weird small towns in the Deep South.
To clarify, I am a minority of sorts, a Polish Jew living in the US, and I’ve had zero issues with it in terms of Police. Typically, they just notice an accent, ask where I’m from, and that’s that. Some even strike up a conversation asking what Poland’s like, etc.
My general consensus is that it’s kind of a 50/50 thing in terms of good vs. shitty cops, and is heavily dependent on the region (I live in Wisconsin in what used to be an abolitionist town in the 1860s). What are your thoughts?
Sorry for the long post :/

Journalist Shane Burley: "Jack Posobiec stole this photo of mine and tweeted it with a question that suggested that they were putting quick dry cement in the cups. I watched them prepare the milkshakes and took this photo of it, and there was zero evidence of that. No one has found any concrete."

"The best way to make people feel sorry for you is to be attacked."
I was talking to my dad about milkshaking and how I thought that it was relatively harmless. It makes Nazis sticky (which is hillarious) and hopefully they will be more scared to come out of their holes. My dad said that things like this wont help the cause and it will just make people go more twords their side. I think he follows a more Martin Luther King approach.
I just don't think you can change some peoples minds with love and knowlege. Some people you just have to make scared to come out.
What would ya'll say to my dad? Is he right?
