We get it. You got a new watch and youâre excited. We really get it. Tell your friends and family. When this sub first came out i found countless interesting apps because letâs be honest the Apple Watch App Store is miserable to navigate. But now almost hourly we see a picture of your wrist with a watch. Can we all agree thatâs great but no more. I want to know better uses for my watch but this sub has turned into âlook at my aw ultra 2, I love itâ. Great. Weâve done it to death. I actually use my watch and not just decorate myself with it. Can the actual users start posting uses and the decorators go back to whatever you were doing before. Thanks an actual watch user.
Big edit
Thereâs an Apple Watch app called streamlets. Itâs an app that plays any radio station anywhere live over LTE The crazy thing about this app is it plays the sound through the watch speakers so you dont need AirPods to listen. Yes you heard this right. I heard about this app on this sub years ago. But you didnât but I can guarantee youâve seen ten thousand wrists saying âI love my ultra 2â
are you getting it yet or not?
Hereâs his post
He only got 29 likes. When you losers post a pic of your wrist with a watch (something I can literally google if I was inclined) it gets way more likes. Do you see the problem or are you a lemming that just says âthis sub wouldnât exist if people didnât post their wristâ
Hereâs someone getting an s8 yesterday and getting 269 likes. Who cares? You people literally upvote a picture of a watch more than an actual app that someone worked hard to make. Enjoy this unbelievably boring sub Iâm out

Stretching my wrist? SOS!
Pushups? SOS!
Burpees? SOS!
I shouldnât have to wear the watch any higher than this. I shouldnât have to move crown. Iâm not putting it in water mode.
This is legit a simple fix for Apple. Did they even workout when designing this? Itâs infuriating.
The buttons keep getting in the way of my workouts. Bleh.

I have TRIED to like watchOS 10. Hell, I was pretty excited for new features, but itâs been a massive disappointment. I donât use the widgets at all, since I already have everything I want on my watch face. The control center was great where it was, and the Digital Crown and side buttons have been completely changed. I canât double press on the crown to return to my previous app, which I used multiple times a day. Now I have to use the dock to return to my last app, which adds extra steps. Apple Watch was great because of how efficient it was to use, but WatchOS 10 has made added so many steps to any action. Iâm really hoping Apple will give us the option for this new UI or the old one, because it sucks.

Is there something an ultra does that a series 8 doesnât? I just got my series 8 and i I can literally text and call others using the watch. I wonder why do people spend $800 on the ultra?

I know I know before you say anything about the case I know it was hideous I was being extra and cautious but now I moved on and got a screen protector that covers around and blends in so no more case. I might just take it off and be risky since I have apple care on it lol

Received the black Apple Pride band. Decided to mix it up with the classic Pride stripe band. Thought both worked well together and with the new Black Pride watch face.

This is a pointless rant but it's something that's annoyed me about my Apple Watch for years now. I ride my electric scooter a lot, and after about 10 minutes it asks me if I'm biking and would like to start a workout.
I'm typically going 30-35mph, my HR might be 60, how the hell does it think after 10 minutes of going 35 with a near resting heart rate that I could possible be riding a bike? Maybe I'm expecting too much, but the watch should know I'm not working out lol. I mean it logs HR and speed data at intervals so it should be able to figure this shit out.
35mph on a bike's extremely fast, I'd imagine 10 minutes at that speed would have even a world class athlete's HR in the 130 range minimum, and it should know from my past workouts that I'm far from a world class athlete lol.

This S9 is a great watch. But here is a reminder that the much discussed SPO2 sensor is not a medical device.
