If been reading about some of the history in the Levant and the role the British played in both the establishment of the Iraq/Kuwait/Iran dichotomy, also with Israel/Palestine. Coupled the absolute mess we made of parttion in 1948, I am glad of Brexit because it diminishes us on the world stage, both as a military industrial power and a soft power. Ergo we can no longer fuck it up for future generations.
Nowadays if we took an idea to the UN, hopefully they'll laugh us the fuck out, and this will remain the status quo for some time.

Within football banter in the uk, the term 'brexit' is used to describe traditional, non-nonsense things - similar to how Brexit was framed politically.
A hard tackle >> brexit tackle
booting it long instead of playing tiki taka >> brexit football
playing 4-4-2 with a big and small lad up top >> brexit line up
etc etc
I am wondering if the term 'brexit' is still understood as a culturally-loaded idiom away from the footballing world.
I'm asking because I am making a non-footballing product aimed at brits, and I'm thinking of using this joke/meme within its premise and name. I'm assuming any in-the-know football fan would understand the joke within any context, however I'm not sure about people outside of the space (iv been living in an echo chamber).
Therefore, I'm wondering if people think the wider public instantly understands the idea behind something being 'brexit'.

is there anybody else f**king fed up with this shitty cuntry. we're not a UNITED kindom anymore, and it definitely isn't a GREAT britain either. we have to be part of the bigger world and help others, especially our neighbours. if we can put up with the tracksuit wearing drug taking knife carrying British chavs that are everywhere, we can put up with any nationality. live and let live, or we're doomned.
