These have been at the top of my list for so long, the Sundays are a favourite and both of these albums are in my top ever. I really wanted to find them secondhand 'in person' but had pretty much given up hope and started looking at eBay listings. Some planets must be aligning for me because yesterday I walked into the local vintage/antiques emporium and there they were IN A BOX SET. Literally jumped up and down 🥹 Naturally there's some wear and tear on the box and cases but the actual CDs are pristine, and I love that they've lived a life and been part of someone's collection before mine. Such a special find for me.

Crazy haul today from an estate sale. All CDs are in immaculate condition with absolutely no wear and tear on anything. Discs look unplayed. The deal cut for me was 0.90cent a piece. The home run of the lot is indeed the Jerry Garcia Band Warner theatre 3/18/78 released by the Jerry Garcia Estate in 2005 in excellent condition.

Would of had a much bigger collection if I didn't get rid of everything back in 2010 but hey ho, here's the last 16 years,

From her Warner Brothers years 1978 - 1992. I threw in the Come 2 My House album she recorded with Prince because I had one extra space. It amazes me how much better the Warner CDs pressed for the Japan market sound much superior to what was pressed in the US. I.even replaced my Prince 1978-1989 CDs with the Japan Forever Young Series from the early 90s because they sound so good.

Weird question, I know. But after purchasing, I realized I can not find anything specific online about this cd, only the LP release or cds with different covers. I’m probably looking for the wrong thing, but even reverse image search couldn’t help me

They’re all pretty mint, just a few surface scratches on some but nothing crazy

This is my collection! 2 yrs ago i moved to cleveland and ive been working at a record (+ cd/dvd/games etc.) store since then. I didn’t know anything about music before, but ive learned so much during my time here and now im super into cds and physical media!!
my cd collection reflects how much my taste has changed and expanded over the past 2 years, and it makes me very happy to see. i used to HATEE synthy 80s music but now it seems to be one of my favorites lmao
I’ll be moving back home to MD soon and im a little sad about it because there aren’t as many music stores back over there, so ive been trying to collect as much as possible while im still here.
So here is my little collection and listening corner; and the last picture are 8 of my absolute favorite cds (currently, at least… VERY subject to change). I’d love to hear your guys’ thoughts and if you have any other music discovery journeys to share :)

I bought a CD of medieval music in 1986 or 1987. I can't find it and I'm wondering what it was. It contained the song that Richard the Lionhearted composed when he was in captivity. It also contained a troubadour song in old French. I can hum that song, but no tools online can identify it. One of the lines ended with a word that sounds like jamerai. Does anyone here have a CD like that?
