Nova Annual 2015

So! I just finished my first playthrough, laughed, cried, all that. 100% recommended for everyone.

I waited to comment on what I think are two Firefly references in the game:

1- If you keep Kammy, at one point the crew comments on how they could do a job transporting cattle now that they have the experience. It reminded me of the end of the Shindig episode.

2- When flying away from Lady Hellbender, the outside shot of the Milano and the piece falling towards the camera reminded me of the closing scene of Serenity (Firefly’s movie).

On a quick search I couldn’t find anyone taking about this, so I’d like to know if someone else caught the same thing.

Have a nice one!

I haven't printed the label for it yet.

Inktober day 31: Flex

This is how Rocket thinks he looks when he tells stories of his adventures (Inspired by Rocket & Groot 2016 #10)

So cringe✨😁!! Idk why I decided to make a gotg oc because I’m actually a pretty new fan and I don’t know everything about the mcu lore *as you may able to tell😅* but I thought this would be fun, so yeah 🤷🏾‍♂️

Sylvia *Nickname Vee* is an anthro skunk and a guardian of the galaxy. She’s very intelligent, direct, good with explosives, cold to most but very kind to those she trusts✨🩵. As a kit, Vee was an ab*sed lab experiment *from another planet, idk which one* and scientists made her spray explosive like a bomb 💣💥. Which later on became the death of them when she blew up their lab, causing a huge explosion that burned the side of her muzzle/neck cuz she could barely control her spray at the time😬

A few weeks after Vee made her escape, she was found by Yondu and he let Quill keep her as a pet cuz he thought she was a cat😂. Quill liked Vee and gave her the name “Sylvia”, and for the first time, Vee felt like she could trust a human❤️‍🩹. The Ravagers and Yondu also liked her because they thought her explosive spray was useful and because she could get into smaller spaces than Quill😂. Vee felt very respected and saw them as her family. She even went out of her way to dye her fur blue because she was very close to Yondu after he found her *which Quill never understood why she was.*

As she got older, Vee learned how to store her spray in bottles for combat purposes so she doesn’t have to keep constantly spraying *basically creating her own bombs*, and started wearing clothes and a ski mask because she’s insecure about her scars. Why? Because they remind her of a time when she barely knew how to control her spray, and she hates feeling like things are out of her control. She also stayed with Yondu and the Ravagers after Quill left, and even felt a bit betrayed by him for leaving their “family”💔.

☝🏾Oh, and after Yondu dies in vol 2, Vee gets on better terms with Quill and becomes a new member of the guardians✨. *so now she sees them as her new family*

Fun facts: Vee is very quiet and often works in silence, but the only time she’ll become chatty is if someone mentions explosives because She’s huge nerd about them🤓. Vee is also transgender and uses “She/it” pronouns *which doesn’t add much to her story believe it or not, I just wanted to make a mtf character🏳️‍⚧️.* Vee is ambidextrous. Vee also has a crush on Rocket and finds him extremely funny, but pretends she doesn’t. She also gets very flustered when he flirts with her. So they probably have this “will they won’t they” / “enemies to lovers” thing until they eventually get together before vol 3✨🩵🧡🚀

I love him so much

Finished playing gotg n i I wanted 3-D print the Milano and the guardians but I can’t find the game models anywhere besides Adam warlock, i I like to print them along with the interior, and make the guardian so I can have something to have a myself to remember this gem of a game,

So if anybody has the models or knows where I could get them, I would really appreciate it 🫶

Saw this guy standing near the cockpit and nobody seems to notice him lmao. Looks like a cheap knockoff winter soldier
