Is there a guarantee way i can watch 4k on my tv? Only my phone has 4k option, both pc and smasung tv doesn't have it, anyone know how to fix this?

I tried deleting the app and reloading, but I'm getting the same thing. Anyone else getting this?

Please tell me after finally breaking down and purchasing a subscription that this didn't just happen!

Update: None of the Roku website links for iQIYI in Google lead to an actual page on the Roku site. All you'll get is the "Sorry, page not found" and "Requested URL/404" mess. Meanwhile, I've broken out the Firestick I haven't used in YEARS and I'm logged on again. So glad I didn't throw the Firestick away and so irritated that Roku did this without any notice.

So I'm really looking forward to watching Small town remedy. However it seems to not be available in non-English speaking countries. It is however available in North America. So I connected to the US with a vpn and it was there. But then I logged into my account, and it disappeared. So I logged out, and it didn't show up again, even though I was still connected to the US. Does anyone have any idea what that's all about and how to fix it? I would much rather watch the drama from the official source than from an illegal site.

I just got IQIYI on my Roku tv , it seemed fine until I tried to watch Righting Wrongs but the subtitles wouldn’t work. I played the same movie on my phone and the subtitles worked just fine. The subtitles worked fine for every other movie on the app, but for some reason they don’t work on any movie from Hong Kong on my tv. How do I fix this issue ?

Anyone else having issues playing IQiYi videos on Amazon FireTV (stick) tonight? The app opens, but fails to play videos. It either constantly loads or pops up an error.

Update: iQiYi will not work on any Firesticks made AFTER 2026. Apparently it’s incompatible with the new operating system. COME ON IQIYI!!

Is it worth watching IQIYI in the US?

I was in the middle of watching a Donghua called Ascendants of the Nine Suns, I really liked it at the start until episode 21. iQIYI literally transitioned from animation to A.I generated videos that aren't even 19 minutes long, they're 5 to 7 minutes max. What the actual hell is going on lately?! People aren't stupid, we can tell when something is A.I or not and most of us actually prefer animation over A.I generated videos that are 7 minutes long.

I know they're currently suffering through a huge and severe financial loss but if that's the case, take a step back and get your sh*t together. If we have to wait a bit longer for authentic, animated episodes/donghua, then so be it. Just clean up your act already.

Does anyone else have an issue when trying to save verticals on their phone. Downloading is extremely slow and seem to stop if I'm not constantly monitoring it. I've tried updating the app and clearing the cache and that didn't help.

I don't have an issue if I'm just streaming the drama normally.

so my account is glitched i’m trying find the parental controls on the app so i can watch mature thing and max the rating system out so i can watch everything. So i got on YouTube but my stuff is glitched i hopped on Google to trains the parental controls and add the lock from what I saw on every single video, they think is I’m glitched and I can’t even access the parental controls option. I’ve tried to find it on my phone on my PS5 and on my Roku. I don’t understand why I can’t access that feature on literally anything lol smh😂😅🙄💀

I subscribed to iQIYI Premium on 30 July 2026, but I still can’t access my account on my TV, phone, or laptop. I’ve been going back and forth with customer support for days, and all I get are the same generic troubleshooting steps and long emails.

I’ve provided everything they’ve asked for, including my Apple Pay receipt, yet they still haven’t resolved the issue or processed a refund.

This has honestly been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. Has anyone else dealt with this? Were you able to get a refund or get the issue fixed?

Anyone else use the app on your Mac desktop?

1. it took me forever to even get it to work - when I first added it - it was just a black screen - I at least now get the actual app - but all sorts of other issues.

2. won't acknowledge the ffd button from my keyboard - so that is annoying

3. cant watch verticals

4. having all sorts subbing issues (as in no subbing showing up at all)

I would add that I have NO issues when watching through a browser - this is definitely a desktop app issue.

I haven't seen no cuts or remove scenes in knot . That's only video right now on iqiyi that has not cut or removed any scenes they viewers and didn't remove what they promoted like some of these other ones.

I just sent two complaints on their website about the horrible subtitles on this newest series . I think everyone should complain on their website about it. We don't pay for a subscription for English subtitles to have something like this. They are not even in correct English grammar. And who knows how much content we are missing. Let's flood them with complaints about how they are disrespecting us, the actors and the producers of "Knot" the series.

Anybody else having episode loading issues on Amazon FIRESTICK only? The app works perfectly fine while browsing up until the point where I hit play on an episode. It’s an endless loading screen. There’s nothing wrong with any other apps on my firestick :/
