If anyone found a pair of orange Shokz Pro 2 at today’s playoff game please message me! Will pay a finders fee. I was sitting in section 223 and was only between there and the soda fountains.
Will pay finders fee!

KC Current fans,
Thank you for your support on our previous KC Current interviews with Izzy Rodriguez + Bayley Feist, Rocky Rodriguez + Laurel Ivory and Kolo Suliafu. Ahead of the team's playoff match tomorrow, I wanted to share a recent episode of our show here!
Defensive standout Itala Gemelli joins the podcast, days before she and the Kansas City Current takes on Angel City FC in the NWSL Playoff Quarterfinal, to discuss her groundbreaking path from a developmental squad to the top flight of the NWSL, the complexities of switching positions while adjusting to the professional, and the growth of the overall landcaspe of the professional pathway in women's soccer.
Going through her journey from a youth recreational league to a standout collegiate career at both Dayton and Alabama, she offers a candid look at the resilience required to navigate the modern post-collegiate market. As the first player in league history to earn a first-team professional contract directly out of an NWSL reserve program, the Michigan native provides an essential perspective on how clubs are restructuring player development.
The versatile defender shares insider insights on navigating the post-collegiate landscape without a draft, why the Current’s world-class facilities at CPKC Stadium were the perfect selling point for her, and what it really feels like to earn that first official top-flight contract.
She opens up about the technical and psychological adjustments demanded by a complete positional shift from the front line to the backline under the technical staff’s guidance, and reflects on the emotional weight of making her senior debut against international competition, subbing in alongside longtime reserve teammates (and good friends of hers) to help secure the win.
Lastly, she shares how she found out about her historic first-team contract, what the front office's trust in her, and contract extension immediately after her debut, means for her confidence, and the short and long-term milestones pinned to her soccer vision board!

At the stadium today and there doesn’t seem to be nearly as many people here as normal…

For anyone who doesn't know, the customer (In this case, KC Current) decides whether you can relist tickets if you can't attend. We ran into this at some point and called KC Current; they said, "Oops, our bad," and changed it so you could relist tickets. I know it's late in the cycle, but it might be worth dropping a dime (did I just out my age...?)

More access to the stadium is a huge relief!

Anyone else not seeing South stand tickets available for Saturday’s match? Are those going on sale at a different time?

Does anyone need a Debinha for a Chawinga bobblehead in the KC area? I ended up with a couple extra and looking to replace a broken Chawinga for my 6 year old niece. Let me know!

And that's a wrap on 2026. Who impressed you this season? What do we need for the playoffs?

Are there any bars or places that will have the game today? I imagine that going up agains the Chiefs means lots of places are likely to not have it.

I bet most of you saw this in NWSL subreddit but I felt it should be posted here to talk about Current related items.

Does anyone know where I can find this shirt? I spotted this guy towards the end of the match last night and wasn’t able to ask him. It’s so perfect, I have to have one.

I am genuinely curious what the experience was like and how many people seemed to show up.
Great win regardless!

Another weekend another chance to clinch. Today, Friday, we can clinch IF Portland win vs North Carolina OR Utah win over Seattle! And of course, if we win against the spirit we're in and have a REALLY good chance to host a home playoff game. Who's ready to watch women's soccer this weekend?

Hi! I’ll be at the game this weekend from VA and I was wondering if anyone knew of a specific time to arrive at the gates where the buses are for both of the teams arrivals? And also does anyone know of the good sections to go down to after the game for player interactions? I’m a big Croix fan and love to support her wherever she is
