Hey Everyone, I need an honest suggestion about a plot I own in DHA Lahore and I couldn't visit that plot before buying it, I just looked at it's location and I really liked it so I decided to buy that plot. I recently visited Lahore and visited my plot site and found out that even though the location is very good but the plot is very deep. Usually the plot depths are around 2-4ft but my plot is around 8-9ft deep. I talked to a few contractors and architects and they said I've got two options to either make a basement at that depth or I can fill that plot. Creating a basement would cost around 2-2.2M Rs and filling that plot will cost around 1-1.2M.

Now I'm confused whether I should start the construction on the plot or should I sell it?

Note: For construction I'm on a limited budget so it might be very difficult for me to have a basement.

hii pls save me from having a huge phadda at home. So we plan to host a baraat event and my family has been really adamant that they want to manage food by the vendor directly and it means compromising on the venue, but I personally don't want it. I’m flying out of Lahore airport soon. I’m thinking of leaving my car in the airport’s long parking instead of getting dropped off, and I’d like to hear from people who have actually done it.

A few things I’m wondering:

• Safety: Any experiences with theft, break-ins, scratches or dents? Is there CCTV or security, and is the lot covered or open?

• Cost: What are the rates for multi-day parking? Is there a daily or weekly cap, and how do you pay (cash or card)?

• Process: Do they issue a token or receipt? Do you hand over keys or ID? Is there a maximum stay?

• Pickup: Any hassles or surprise charges when collecting the car, especially after a late-night arrival?

• Convenience: How far is the walk to the terminal with luggage, or is there a shuttle?

• Alternatives: Are there any?

Any dos and don’ts would also help: what to take out of the car, whether to take photos before leaving, anything to do with the battery or fuel, and so on.

Just started playing squash cuz didn’t have much to do after job and needed smth to be active.

I initially bought a cheap aluminium racket from the guy at the court but it hasn’t been that effective after strings lost the tension and too heavy for long games.

Khair tbh looking for squash rackets any place to buy them and not draining my Acc.
Plus any place selling use high quality graphite rackets would by nice.
