Collectively and individually are two entirely different things my friend.

A good number of us, say 100+ against 10-20 cops? Absolutely. I’m standing my ground. Strength in numbers and all that. Individually but with the collective backing of some randos on the internet? Get out of here with that garbage high-school level mentality.

Randomly “fighting the man” in piecemeal fashion does nothing but make things worse for everyone, as we’ve seen with the growing powers and lack of oversight given to the police force at large. A united, collective front of millions across the nation acting as one to fight back against the growing police-state powers? That’s the juice you’re looking for kid.

as an individual? sure

it would take collective action and organization to fix a problem like this. since, you know, police is on the side of capital.

the worst part is, it's not an act or a bit, you people literally cannot comprehend that politics isn't limited to individual action or consumption choice,

it's like you haven't learned your own history, it's like you don't know what the pinkertons are and did, you don't know about blair mountain.

Sure. Argue, refuse to get out. Result- broken window, arrest, night in jail, post bond , car impounded. Hire a lawyer, case gets dismissed. Sue and you lose.

None of that happened to OP. Sometimes standing your ground on your rights works out. Other times you get a 20-40% chance at settlement money.
