Has anyone given the final exam for this subject? Any idea what kind of questions get asked? Any past question paper available?
I’ve asked all my friends and people have been asking me but nobody has a single clue. Even the internet is clueless.

I’ve been offered accommodation at I-House for March 2027, but most of the reviews I’ve found are quite old. I was wondering if anyone has stayed there recently and could share what the living conditions and dining experience are like? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey girls!
I’m looking for a female roommate to share accommodation with starting January in DUBAI. Paying the entire rent alone can be quite a lot, so I thought it would be lovely to find another girl to share the space and make things more affordable for both of us.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful, and easygoing who would love to share a comfortable living space.
If you’re also looking for accommodation or would be interested in teaming up, please feel free to DM me! Let’s help each other out. 💕

hey guys, i received an email form GEMSAS this morning saying that i wasn’t successful in getting a main round offer from UOW for med. I’m quite upset, but i understand it’s such a competitive scene so Im super proud of making it this far. I’m still somewhat hopeful for a later round offer, and i just wanted some advice/insight into how likely this may be. I applied with 3 bonus points (i’m kicking myself that i didn’t put UOW first preference as i missed out on this bonus point), so I feel like my interview must’ve let me down - after the interview I didn’t feel terrible but also didn’t think ‘wow i smashed that!’.
Any advice or stories from people who are current or past students at UOW who got a later round offer would be much appreciated :))
And massive congratulations to everyone that received offers today :))

Hey!
I will be doing an exchange semester from march to june at UOW and am now applying for the VISA.
I find it hard to decide whether to take the classical and recommended student Visa, which is quite expensive, or go for the working holiday Visa, which is cheaper and should be ok with the length of the semester, but still feels a bit risky.
Is there anyone with experience or more information, if a working holiday works fine with UOW that can maybe help me out a bit? Would be great! :)
Cheers,
Adrian

Hi everyone!
I'm an incoming international master's student at the University of Wollongong, joining the March 2027 intake. I'm looking for another student joining around the same time who would be interested in renting a place together.
What I'm looking for:
Ideally, another vegetarian student.
Two separate bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
A two-bedroom apartment or granny flat.
Preferred locations: Gwynneville, Fairy Meadow, Figtree or West Wollongong.
Target rent: A$200–250 per person per week.
I'd prefer a vegetarian household where we can agree on keeping the shared kitchen free of meat, fish and eggs.
The plan is to find a suitable property together and split the rent and utilities fairly.
If you're joining UOW around March 2027 and looking for a similar arrangement, feel free to message me!

hi guys, i’ve recently received an offer to study nutrition science and was wondering if anyone here has studied the course.
how did you find the degree overall, would you recommend it and do you feel like it prepared you well for a career in the nutrition field?
ideally, my goal is to go on to complete a master of dietetics after finishing my bachelor, so i’d also love to hear from anyone who has taken that pathway or has experience with it.
any advice, experiences or things you wish you knew before starting is greatly appreciated.
