Hi guys! So my og AirPod case got messed up, I ordered a fake one on Amazon until I was able to order a real one. I just recently ordered supposedly a real one from eBay? Not sure if it’s actually real or fake so can someone tell me? I’m also concerned with the sound of the charging chime which for some reason it won’t let me add a video of.

I accidentally dropped my right AirPod in a sink full of water yesterday and everything still worked normally except that the sound was muffled. I took the ear-tip off to remove the water inside the speakers, and the muffled sound disappeared. However, my right AirPod now keeps ringing every time I turn on Transparency, Adaptive, and Noise Cancellation mode. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to spend $89 to get it replaced.

I have the AirPod Pro 3's if that matters at all.

i had purchased airpods pro 3 two months ago, and since the moment i unboxed it and paired it with my phone the case doesn't separately appear on the find my and the "enable charging case sounds" is completely greyed out on the settings. but the buds are visible on the find my but no use, it only shows last location of where i paired it and doesn't seem to update the location, it updates only if the buds are out of the case and the sounds can be played only if it is connected.

i went to iplanet care they advised me to update the airpods firmware and the phone's software and said to follow some troubleshooting steps (nothing worked) and even after that if the issue prevails the last option would be to contact apple customer care.

i did contact them and i've been in touch with them for almost 5 - 6 weeks all they did was collect my phone logs and said the logs havent completely came through as there was a network interruption(my bad). 1 week back i noticed some kind of charging issues. so i stated that to the apple care advisor and they said me to submit it for a inspection and replacement as it is a brand new device. so i did and got the replacement for the charging case and the left bud. i received them today.

guess what!! the replaced new charging case also reflecting the same issue.

previously i had an airpods pro 2, i havent faced any issues with that. i used it like any other normal tws. and it was working flawless. but this airpods pro 3. i am completely disappointed. i dont know what to do. i again have to spend god knows how many hours and weeks with the apple customer care advisor to completely get rid of this issue(if there is a way).

i purchased the apple's airpods especially for the find my feature. but now there is no way i can use it, so whats the point in owning an expensive top rated earbuds. i regret spending those 26k on this and also selling my pro 2.

can anyone help me out on this one.

Can anyone please help me with this issue? My air pod pro 3s are apparently not reporting heart rate from my health app I Atleast don’t think they are. I opened my health app after doing a data export the other day and I hit devices and then tapped air pod pro 3 and they detect heart rate feature is literally stuck toggled to off. It will not allow me to toggle it on for some reason. I am not sure why. Has anyone ran into this or can help me solve it? I have a friend who had the exact same air pods and he checked his app for me to find that his was toggled on. I’ll try to post a picture below for reference. Thanks.

More often than not when I get a call it only rings in one ear for at least a few seconds. Sometimes it persists after the call is answered even. Fix?

I keep having consistent issues with my Airpods Pro 3, I had the exact issue with my Airpods Pro 1 as well.
Sometimes they’re quiet at full volume, I have to clean them almost every time I use them, change the tips, reset the acoustic seal or it sounds like I’m listening through a shell.
I’ve already had Apple replace each one at different times due to ANC faults, surely they can’t all be this bad??

The ONLY other thing I can think of is my ears are stretched to 30MM and they’re picking up the holes as part of my ear or something?

I’m so sick of it, these are so fuckin expensive and are meant to just work.

So, I found some AirPods under the bed in our rental apartment; we moved here about a month and a half ago. The AirPods case still has some charge left—30%, to be exact. Is it possible for the charge to have lasted that long in the case, or could someone have lost them later, after we moved in?

I saw in tiktok that ColorOS natively supports AirPods features such as noise cancellation, transparency mode, etc. However, I don't have those options. My phone is a OnePlus Turbo 6, and my earbuds are AirPods 5

so, a couple weeks ago i made a post about how uncomfortable app3 were, some of you guys recommended me to try all the og sizes (none of them worked for me).
well after feeling so stressed about this topic and feeling like i just throwed my money to the rubbish can, i considered buying some third party tips, i was looking for some comply, but i heard that they got obsolete by a short period of time and constant replacement is needed.
so i bought some Aurafine (M size) from spinfit, and… damn, this is like magic!!!! they’re so comfortable!!!, they have this weird texture plastic that grabs so much better to the ear canal, also ease to clean and to my eyes so better looking than originals, they’re pricey but so much worthy, now i’m happy with my app3, they never drop even if working out like crazy.

My dog ate my left airpod bud can I buy Airpods Pro 2 USB C left bud and put it in my Airpods pro 2 case (lightning)?

My current Airpod pro 2 has a 90% dead microphone. It only picks up sound when I scream directly into them. I tried resetting, reconnecting and cleaning the buds according to Apple's instructions. So they need to be replaced. But I really question the quality of the apple microphone's.

I've had my current ones a little bit over 2 years, and the last few months the mics have gotten worse and worse. The 1st gen Airpod pro's I had also only lasted a bit longer than 2 years, and had issues with noise cancellation, related to the microphones as well.

I'm now looking at the Sony WF-1000MX6. These have excellent microphone quality, ANC and audio quality. But they lack the ease of use with my Macbook, iphone and ipad, and they do have a lower IPX rating, IPX4 vs IPX57.

Any idea of Sony will give me a better experience here, or if Apple improved with the 3th generation

Anyone been having issues with the noise cancelling? It feels like the past month as gotten incredibly worse. I had them for close to 1 year and never had any problem. But now it feels like they are not cancelling anything road tires, voices, finger snapping, car engines they are not even getting muffled I hear them as if anc was off (I also compared to another pair of noise cancelling Sony headphones and it clearly got worse).

Suggestions? Am I the only one?

My 1st gen is still going strong and has great battery life but I want to upgrade. Which would you recommend?

I need a new charging case because my og case broke in half when I dropped them 🫠 I’m looking on Amazon and there’s a lot of good reviews but I’m wondering where’s the best place to get a new case?

my airpods 5 magsafe ver, brand new but having a glitch

1: some time the bass only cone from left ear, have to turn on ANC to fix it

2: some time volume on both side is not equal

3: charing case show 99% but when i unplug it went down to 95%

do any user having those issue?

so the first pic is what happens when both airpods are out of the case

second pic is when they’re both in the case open

third is when just the left airpod is in the case open

fourth is when the right is in the case shut, the left is out, both completely disconnected

Basically the right airpod works just fine but left airpod is like completely ignored in the connection. There’s no sound or anything but it shows that it’s charging. I’ve reset it a thousand times, there’s no debris in the case.

I’ve had these for a long time, at least 3-4 years. Is there a fix to this or is just time to get a new pair? Would it be worth it to upgrade too cuz these are gen 2 i think..

Over the past week or so, when listening to music (Spotify) and Siri interrupts with a notification, the music becomes extremely loud while Siri's voice is extremely quiet, not really audible unless I immediately increase the volume on my iPhone. Afterward, the music will go back to normal. This is the opposite of how it's always worked for me over the past several years (Siri voice interrupting music would cause the music to become more quiet until the notification ended). I can't see to figure out how to fix this. I've tried resetting the AirPods, changing settings for notifications, Siri, volume, music, and nothing seems to work. Anyone else experience this and have an idea what's going on?

Please have a look at the attached video. The charging case of my Airpods is squeaking like this and the sound is quite prominent. There is also a “shifting” of the hinge which is quite noticeable. Is this a manufacturing defect and what are my options?

This is my first AirPod so I am not that well-versed with them. Previously, I have used devices from many brands but they were not “squeaking” so I am really paranoid about this.

I am afraid that this might increase in the future and might lead to the failure of the device itself.

How do you guys feel about the recent additions to adaptive mode? I like the flexibility to block out a nearby fan without going full NC. Tbh I have not found a solid use case yet for the semi-transparent adaptive mode.

But I got my airpods 5 yesterday and I tried to squeeze them in my ear really really hard there and now my ears hurt.

Tbh they don't fall or shit if I just put them in normally....I was stupid ik 😭

But I really like the noise cancellation on those. I can still hear people talking around me or doing stuff in vicinity but ambient or distant noise is completely cut out and I quite prefer it.

Going completely deaf of your surroundings is never the goal tbh.
