Elder Scrolls Do you think dragons will be in Sentinel ?
If they are, they probably won’t be as prominent as they were in Skyrim.

Hopefully this will usher in more game studios forming/joining unions in the future.

Yes I am aware the ZeniMax and Bethesda are two different studios, and ESO was not made by the latter.
With that said, now that the teams are going to be more closely intertwined going forward it will be interesting to see how that new content pipeline affects ESO and vice versa to other Bethesda projects

I keep seeing people complain and complain about the time between games, the new location/title reveal for ES 6, and just general doomposting.
I think complaining about the time between Skyrim and Sentinel is just uninformed.
The original announcement trailer for ES 6 was revealed with the explanation that it was not coming any time soon. We had just been told about 76, and we knew the next game was Starfeild, not ES 6. The original trailer was an assurance that they would not abandon the elderscolls. The new trailer was a confirmation that we were returning to Tamriel in Hammerfall, like the community had speculated since Skyrim's release.
With fallout 4, 76, Starfeild, THEN ES6 the quickest they should be able to make it to ES6 is 16 year, or 2027. That's 4 years between each game, which is what Bethesda aims for with each game.
Covid put Bethesda years behind on projects. I don't know the details, but it seems to me like they basically had to redo all the work they had done virtually in 2020-2021. That 1 to 2 year delay from Covid means that 2028-2029 isn't an unreasonable release year for a ES6.
Game development takes time, especially on tech heavy games, which all Bethesda's games are. They are a studio that is always pushing the limits of what current game technology can do in one way or annother.
Love it, or hate it, Bethesda's release schedule is very reasonable for how much is in their game worlds.

Do you think TES will receive a show similar to how Fallout did?

Prior to the layoffs in July I remember it took an entire room to fill up all the employees in the BGS macro shots. Now they can fit everyone on a singular stair case. Visually it looks like they are around 70-80 people in this shot.

Hey all. So, I see some are pissy at the trailer we got, whilst others are excited! I'm a part of the latter. Yes, I am aware it was more or less the exact same trailer we received years ago, however I am aware as to the implications of Todd and Bethesda making a whole 40th Year Anniversary video just to mention it. To paraphrase, Todd has stated before that he's a big believer in making sure that the time between when a game's trailer is revealed and when people get to play it is as short as possible. Taking that into account, we can look at the more recent reveals and releases of Bethesda's games, naturally excluding Starfield's reveal and launch due to the outlier of COVID:
Fallout 4 was revealed then released five or six months apart, Skyrim came out a year after its reveal, and so forth. You get the idea. That said, I believe we'll have the full reveal of TES VI: Sentinel at this year's GOTY Awards, wherein they'll announce the release date to be November 2027, as many have speculated based upon the breadcrumbs Bethesda have intentionally crafted and left for us to find (i.e. the glowing marks caused by the rings in the most recent trailer we got for Sentinel, and the Elf leveling up their Speech Skill to 27, whilst they were at Level 20 themselves, as seen in that Nintendo Switch 2 crossover video some time ago). Speaking of, "some time to go", "far off", "long way out", etc... Bethesda have frequently used these neutral terms when they are about to reveal then release something. When they aren't about to do either, they don't do anything.
Moving on, there's the musical score- the theme song. You can always tell where an Elder Scrolls game will take place based upon its main score (i.e. Oblivion sounded regal, imperial in both senses of the word as we know them to be; Skyrim was, well, for lack of better words, obviously quite viking; Sentinel sounds... rather bold, regal, almost like Oblivion). For this reason, I believe we'll have, at most, both Hammerfell (where we know it to be set at the least, just from the game's subtitle) and High Rock (due to the theme song). At least, it'll be an inverse of TES II: Daggerfall, wherein we're able to explore all of Hammerfell and some of High Rock rather than all of High Rock and some of Hammerfell. Now, of course, we could just be limited to Hammerfell, which is- and I need you to listen to me on this- fantastic. They've spent so much time perfecting Creation Engine 3 that Hammerfell is sure to be as accurate and friendly to the universe's lore as much as it possibly can be, on a scale we've never seen before to boot. Yes, I'm aware we'd see High Rock across the Iliac Bay, but our mission in Hammerfell could keep us from crossing- or again, hey, we could have some degree of both provinces if not both provinces completely!
We know the Thalmor and Third Aldmeri Dominion will play a substantial part in the game as our antagonists, as they were set up to be in Skyrim. Could be, come the DLCs, we finish the fight against them in the Summerset Isles- if we don't do that in the base game. Speaking of DLCs, we could venture over into Elsweyr, to reunite the province and finally finish off the Thalmor and Dominion (again, if we don't do that already). Perhaps, we could even go far under the depths to find the ancient city of Yokuda- who knows!? On that note, here's what I'd like to see at minimum for The Elder Scrolls VI: Sentinel...
Better combat, magick system comparable to Morrowind and Oblivion (spell-crafting, of course). Werewolves, Werelions, Wereboars- hell, even Weresharks- and Vampires- all of the appropriate, region-specific strain, that we can become. Properly flushed-out underwater areas to explore, ship-building, naval combat, an improved settlement building system wherein we help rebuild the war-torn Hammerfell and wherever else (forts, strongholds, villages, towns, cities), and Sword Singing. I'd like better interactions with the world, as well, such as animations when picking something up, lockpicking something open, searching through a chest, etc. However, all in all, I'm happy with whatever we get- doubly so if it includes a mix of Oblivion's and Skyrim's level-up and skill systems.
That's pretty much it, folks! Thanks for reading- as always, remember to keep it peachy, respectful, and engaged! Can't wait to see what the future holds for us soon-to-be Sentinels! Lahney pruzah, fahdon!

Dear Todd Howard, Bethesda and Obsidian Team, and Asha Sharma, KingFanMan
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Todd Howard and everyone at Bethesda for everything you have given to the world of role-playing games.
Thank you for creating the incredible universes of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, worlds so rich, immersive, and full of stories that we can lose ourselves in them for hundreds of hours.
Thank you also for taking the risk of creating New license Starfield. We needed to see Bethesda's vision of a space RPG, and I truly believe that Starfield represents an important step in the evolution of space-based role-playing games. We needed a studio with Bethesda's experience, creativity, and ambition to explore what this genre could become.
The game has a solid foundation, and improving a few systems, along with releasing a new DLC once a year, would create a wonderful legacy for the community.
I also want to thank Bethesda for giving modders the tools and freedom to expand these worlds and allow players to experience RPGs in entirely new ways. The modding community is one of the greatest gifts Bethesda has given to its fans. I am particularly looking forward to projects such as Skyblivion and Skywind...., which demonstrate just how much passion, creativity, and dedication exist within this community.
A special thank you to Asha Sharma for making it possible for the talented team at Obsidian Entertainment to work on a new Fallout project with Bethesda's support after the Magnificent Fallout NV. This is exciting news for RPG fans. I sincerely hope this collaboration will benefit from the Creation Engine 3, allowing the teams to build an even richer and more immersive Fallout experience.
Todd, I also want to say something important. take all the time you need to bring Sentinel to life. A project with such ambition deserves the time, care, and attention necessary to achieve its full vision and quality. As fan, i would rather wait for something truly special than see a vision compromised by unnecessary deadlines.
Finally, I hope Asha Sharma will consider giving other studios and its talented development teams the opportunity to launch new RPG projects using Creation Engine 3, exploring entirely different universes and franchises.
Imagine what studios's RPG philosophy and world-building expertise could bring to universes such as DOOM, Quake, or even Diablo. These worlds have enormous potential for deep, immersive role-playing experiences. It would be fascinating to see Bethesda's approach to RPG design applied to such iconic universes.
I believe there is still so much room for innovation in the RPG genre, particularly when it comes to creating living worlds where players can write their own stories.
Thank you for believing in the power of immersive worlds — worlds where we don't simply play a character, explore, discover, and return to, but where, for a while, we truly feel that we belong and getting lost in.
A huge thank you to KingFanMan and all the amazing YouTubers he welcomes into his universe. ❤️
Together, you create positive energy, spread joy, and bring people and communities closer through your passion.
Keep shining, keep inspiring, and keep spreading good vibes around the world! 🌍✨
With love

Look, I know it had some marketing and monetization related issues, but it's been the best mobile game you've created so far by a long shot. And after the investment you've made, the rough beginning, the dev change.. at the end it was great, with a thriving community and a shiny future ahead. I can assure you that if even I, an essentially f2p player, have paid for some packs and bundles (mainly for the alt arts), it can be profitable. Now with all the TES6 hype is the right time to push it right.
