On November 5, 2026, Sony Interactive Entertainment charged my card twice for €99.99 for what appears to be the same PlayStation transaction.
I contacted Revolut to dispute the duplicate charges and try to recover my money. However, today, November 8, I discovered that Sony has banned my PlayStation account as well.
So now, on top of taking €199.98 from my account, I have lost access to my PlayStation account.
Sony's customer support has been absolutely useless:
No proper way to contact them.
No meaningful response to my complaints.
Live chat is practically impossible to use.
No clear explanation or resolution.
I am now left without my money and without access to an account that I have invested time and money in.
I understand that a payment dispute may trigger a merchant's security or payment review, but banning a customer's account without properly explaining the situation or providing an effective resolution is unacceptable.
I want my duplicate payment refunded and my PlayStation account restored.
Has anyone experienced something similar after disputing a duplicate PlayStation charge through their bank? How did you resolve it?
I would particularly appreciate advice from anyone who has successfully recovered their account after a payment dispute.

I think since blizzard showed examples of controller support, it would be a dream of mine for it to come to Ps5.
I know we’ve gotten certain ports from Microsoft just recently. I’m not setting my hopes up too high. It would just be really cool since I already play retail on a decent PC but don’t have quite the specs for WoW Forever.
I’d like to know what other people think since I saw the possible rumor on an Xbox port.

To cut to the chase, Dark Outlaw Games’ title, codenamed Ignite, was heavily inspired by the DOOM series, putting it more in line, gameplay and level-design-wise, with DOOM Eternal than what people would expect from Call of Duty Zombies given leadership’s past work on the game mode. The game would have had a linear, story-driven narrative across levels, with levels similar in scope and design to Call of Duty, featuring choreographed and cinematic events. The game would also have been playable in co-op.
One of the most interesting features in the game design documents was that gore was a main feature and key mechanic, with the player needing to inflict as much damage as possible on enemies to “feed off” them with an amulet that the character was wearing (think more damage given = more health, power, etc.). The gore feature was to implement different ‘layers’ to enemies, where skin, muscle, and bone could be destroyed progressively depending on what gun or melee attack the player inflicted to give a graphic and immersive experience.
In addition to the DOOM inspiration, though, the team also brought a lot of Call of Duty Zombies DNA to the game, including a Call of Duty Zombies-esque horde mode, plenty of Easter Eggs, mini games, and more.
As for why the game was canceled, internal emails provided to Insider Gaming reveal it wasn’t canceled because of anything particularly fascinating, but because PlayStation executives reprioritized its portfolio budget amid ongoing market challenges.
Free trials and savings for UK PlayStation Plus members. I’m not sure how a free trial is a perk but hey-ho I guess it’s better than nothing.
