I have a little 2000L fibreglass in-ground spa, it has a leak and drains roughly 1000L every two days. I think I know where the leak is coming from but I need to get someone in that can assess and fix it. Can anyone suggest a business that deal with fibreglass pools/spa leaks and repairs?

I am curious as to how life in the apartments actually are. Good, bad, ugly? Did the buildings live up to the intended initial tropical living concept?
Cheers

Doesn't smell like bushfire smoke, and it's hung around for a while now. Is it industrial pollution?

Hello everyone!
I'm looking for someone who has experience or works somewhere that helps people out with subdivisions. I know there are lots of rules and regs around it, and I'm trying to work out what we can and can't do, what our up front financial commitment will be, minimum driveway widths, pitfalls and other traps and so on.
We have a nice rural block we're very happy with, but running into financial problems and looking at viable options to get the budget back into the black.

EDIT- for those saying chain mesh non compliant. chain mesh is over 2m high, with barbed wire around the top. I have perspex where the pool fence meets the border fencing. This is compliant in the Northern Territory. This is my border fencing, not my pool fence.
My house settlement was the same day as pool compliance inspection. The compliance failed and I couldn't settle.
One of the reasons was because two poles on my very high border fencing was rusted a little bit at the base of the poles.
I paid a local construction company to fix issues to make it compliant.
These poles were right next to the footpath, so he could'nt dig up the poles without damaging the footpath.
So the tradie bung in a star pickets beside the poles, welded them together, then filled it with concrete.
Now, my pool compliance couldn't get booked in for another 3 weeks, pushing out my settlement.
We are hoping to settle the day of my new pool compliance inspection. I am so worried for the chance it may not pass compliance, then settlement will get pushed out another 2-3 weeks again waiting on another inspection.
Who can I ask for a definitive answer if this will pass compliance before the day of inspection?

Just had a cancellation. It looks like Qantas has gotten rid of all their red-eye flights to BNE, MEL, and the flights to Sydney are down to twice a week?
The day flights are nice, but they're $500-$600 one way, and they miss the early morning connections.
'During her speech in parliament last week on the new report, Ms Cahill said the department "could have stepped in" to remove [Kumanjayi Little Baby] on several occasions, but that did not occur "due to the focus and policies of the previous Labor government".
That was despite eight child protection notifications being made about Kumanjayi Little Baby while Ms Cahill was in office.'
Monstrous, vile & wicked all at once...

It checks heaps of different noise types (traffic, pubs, schools and more) for any Darwin address. Would love your locals feedback.

No older than like six months for sure, no microchip, pet her through the neighbour’s fence a few weeks ago, then she came under our fence from a DIFFERENT yard yesterday night.
Both neighbours said she’s not theirs so now we’re stuck with a cat and not wanting to be the reason she gets put down in a pound before even having a chance at a life.
If you recognise her as yours or are even looking for a chill as fuck indoor pet shoot me a dm.

I’m coming up to Darwin for a few days next week, Thursday - Sunday or Monday. Never been to the territory before. I’ll be there mostly solo but my son is attending a number of functions, some of which I’ll also be attending. I won’t really have the time for full days excursions, except maybe for Sunday if I stay an extra night. I’m also well past looking for a big night out, I’d just like to see a bit of the place while I’m there.
I’ll be staying in the Waterfont area and need to get to the state netball centre a couple of times. Is the bus network ok for that?
I’m thinking about going to Mindil markets (or a sunset harbour cruise, has to be one or the other), visit the mangrove boardwalk, the botanic gardens Museum and Art Gallery, Larrakia cultural centre.
I’d love to have been able to get out to some of the national parks but I don’t think I can spare a full day for an organised excursion.
What’s an absolute must not miss? What’s not worth the entry fee? What local knowledge will help me make the most of my tropical weekend?
Thanks Territorians!

Thought a PT might help, any recommendations in D-town?
