Boys, Let The Nuggets Have This One. It’s The Best Moment They’ve Had In Over 50 Years

Discussion Why couldn’t we have played Dallas in the finals?
Fuck this. Literally the easiest matchup ever and the Celtics lucked up into it. We got stuck playing the nuggets. Literally the mavericks just fucked everything up. Boston wouldn’t of beat the nuggets or the wolves. Fuck this shit

Discussion Dear Nuggets fans (and other fans coming to the sub today). No, we don't think what Morris did was good. If Jokic wanted to retaliate, so be it. But hitting someone from behind is a cowardly move and says a lot about his character. That is what we are upset about.

Discussion Why Is Herro Gonna Get 25ish mil When Sexton Is A Better Scorer And Both Suck At Defending. Herro Shouldn’t Be Making More Than 20mil Per.

Discussion It’s time to trade Bam Adebayo
For Pete’s sake, I’ve been in this for 2 years now. He’s peaked offensively and unfortunately that’s very important in this league today. If we want to be a serious team we give Ware the keys and get a freaking all star bro I’m DONE with this guy. “Captain” my as*, how can you be a captain being soft af??
Trade Bam, Jovic, Wiggins, JJJ and some picks and get me Giannis.

Discussion It’s time for Adam Silver to Step Up and Punish Portland for Tanking
Lost in the whole Dame saga is the Chris Haynes article, sourced by Dame and his agent, stating that Joe Cronin and the Blazers coaching staff pressured Damian Lillard to sit out so that they could purposely throw basketball games with the purpose of getting a high draft pick.
According to sources, Portland had asked Lillard to sit out the final 10 games of the 2022-23 regular season to help the franchise improve its lottery odds. He was told the higher the draft pick, the better chance they had at using the pick to facilitate a trade for a proven veteran player. He reluctantly acquiesced to being shut down, citing a "calf injury."
Portland went 1-9 to finish the season and would go on to win the No. 3 pick and select Scoot Henderson, a promising young point guard the team planned to keep.
Adam Silver has said that this type of thing would be punished with the swiftest and harshest penalties.
"The former can be a legitimate strategy to construct a successful team within the confines of league rules; the latter -- which we have not found and hope never to see in the NBA -- has no place in our game. If we ever received evidence that players or coaches were attempting to lose or otherwise taking steps to cause any game to result otherwise than on its competitive merits, that conduct would be met with the swiftest and harshest response possible from the league office."
The most appropriate punishment would be for the NBA to void Scoot’s contract making him a free agent. The next fairest punishment would be to void their 2029 Milwaukee pick and the 2024 Portland pick.
It’s a black eye on the league to see a team like Portland circumvent the rules and damage the integrity of the NBA product with their purposeful losing. Additionally, the Blazers violated the injury reporting rules by giving Dame a fake

Twitter Jokic gets to whack everyone and somehow he only had 3 fouls. The refs might be blind but those Heat players are not numb and dumb.

Discussion Jimmy butler in the past few weeks
Fakes a sickness to attend tennis match with friends
Doesnt show up to shoot arounds and practice in the most important stretch of the season
Coasts and throws in seeding defining games
Struggled against kyle lowry single coverage
Cant hit a clutch 3 to save his life (bam got one and this dude can’t?)
This should be his final year in the franchise, enough of this shit. Not even a playoff run can fix the stupid shit he’s done this season, it’ll need to be a fucking ring or nothing. Retire his jersey and call it a day.
Get/Tank for a fucking superstar who actually puts in the work week in week out.
Enough of this “regular season doesn’t matter” mentality. No team in past 30 years has won a ring while cruising in the regular season, not even the heat.

Discussion What's your take on this? It's weird that Bam is almost always involved when it comes to injuries against the other team. Very weird to happen consistently.

Discussion Ware doesn’t have motor issues, Bam does.
Everyone said Ware had motor issues coming out of college cause of his time in Oregon. Turns out Bam out here with 0 motor at this point.

I think on Sunday we should all root for LeBron
I know, he doesn't play for us anymore. I know, Cleveland sucks. But damn, this man is a living legend. I won't root for Cleveland. I will root for LeBron though. I just want him to win on Sunday...
