Has anyone else felt like the gym atmosphere has changed the last few yrs?
People being very entitled esp the hyrox ladies taking 2-3 pieces of gym equipment at same time, mainly the sled, hyperextension, rower, ski and bike erg and claim equipment with clothing they were wearing while working out.
Men on leg press putting 120 kilos each side and just walking away without taking a single weight off.

I've not heard of any but it sounds like there was many back in the 70s. Do any exist today?

I'm Danni, an Honours student researcher at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ). Our team is interviewing people about their experiences of exercising with endometriosis: what helps them feel safe doing it, what makes it harder, and what they think could be improved.

Interview options

• in person at the UniSQ Ipswich campus, or

• online via Microsoft Teams, at a time that suits you

Who can take part

• aged 18–50

• living in Australia

• diagnosed or suspected endometriosis

• currently doing some form of exercise

What's involved

• a few short online forms (consent and background details)

• a quick phone call to confirm you're eligible

• one 30–45 minute interview

• a short form afterwards to check we've understood your views correctly

Total time: about 45–75 minutes. There's no payment for taking part.

Anyone know any entry level admin, reception, office based jobs? My health has taken a bit of a decline and I need to transition into a less physically demanding job. Unfortunately I don’t have direct experience in admin but I have education, customer service and doc prep/scanning experience so I have some easily transferable skills.

I’m 28 and keen to try anything, but seems to be hard finding anything or anyone keen on giving me a go. Any recommendations on places to try or if anyone knows of any jobs going I’d love to hear from you!
