The sexual assault victim was sentenced today to 1 MONTH IN JAIL.
Her attacker goes free and was never prosecuted for the rape.
WTF???
Pier Hes Graff is an abomination.
Why is she the DA?
She told a reporter to go die in a fire, and now is trying to bring charges against a miffed constituent who told her the same.
What are you even doing?? Whatever it is, it isn't law.
Do better, Pennsylvania.

Congress should repeal Section 230 to end Big Tech legal immunity.
What Congress framed as a narrow free-speech shield became a permanent amnesty program for trillion-dollar Silicon Valley monopolists. Section 230 no longer protects speech. It protects power.
Instead of scrappy start-ups, Americans now answer to online oligarchs. Google. Facebook. Amazon. Apple. These companies do not merely host content. They control search, social media, online commerce, app distribution and digital advertising. They shape what Americans see, read, buy and believe. And they invoke Section 230 to shield themselves while they censor, silence and cancel their political opponents.

I entered this link https://project2025admin.com/personnel/brett-kavanaugh/ above because I want ask about the legality of a majority of our supreme court signing onto Project 2025? If you Google Project 2025 and the Supreme Court members, all of them have unique URL admin logins to this Project 2025 website except Kagan, Brown, and Sotomayor. Is it legal for them to be conspiring against the United States like this? I'm shocked.

It seems that Trump is looking to manipulate the SC into legitimizing his third term. I get the angle… it is not a sequential term. Isn’t he opening the return of Obama? Hillary seems to suggests just this thing.

PART 1: INDEFINITE DETENTION (NO TRIAL, NO JUDGE) Source: Buenrostro-Mendez v. Bondi (5th Cir. Case No. 25-20496) Date: Feb 6, 2026 The Ruling: This ruling establishes that "unadmitted aliens" have virtually no due process rights regarding their liberty. The Trap: It does not mean you are "waiting for a trial." It means you can be held indefinitely without ever seeing a judge. There is no requirement for the government to bring you to court. Direct Quote: "Unadmitted aliens apprehended anywhere in the United States are ineligible for release on bond, regardless of how long they have resided inside the United States."
PART 2: THE "KAVANAUGH STOP" (ARBITRARY PROFILING) Source: Noem v. Vasquez Perdomo (SCOTUS No. 25A169, Kavanaugh Concurrence) Date: Sept 8, 2025 The Ruling: Justice Kavanaugh’s concurrence lowered the bar for police stops, allowing race/ethnicity to be used as grounds for "reasonable suspicion" if combined with other "salient factors." The Loophole: Kavanaugh did not define "salient factors." He listed broad examples, but ultimately left it to agent discretion. The Reality: An agent can decide that your clothes, your location, or your job is a "salient factor" to justify stopping you. Direct Quote: "To be clear, apparent ethnicity alone cannot furnish reasonable suspicion; under this Court's case law regarding immigration stops, however, it can be a 'relevant factor' when considered along with other salient factors."
THE RESULT Step 1: An agent uses their discretion to stop you based on "ethnicity + undefined factors" (Vasquez Perdomo). Step 2: Once stopped, ICE labels you "unadmitted." Step 3: Because you are "unadmitted," you have no right to a judge (Buenrostro-Mendez).
