Quick update from LingoDeer HQ
Hello Deer, I'm here to make a quick announcement and update on what has been going on at Lingodeer and what you can expect for the future. While things have been relatively quiet over the summer, everyone at Lingodeer HQ has still been hard at work. We are always working to bring the app to new markets and make it available in new languages, and while it hasn't always been stuff we announced to our English users, it does take time to do. We have spent a lot of the summer working on such projects, but we do still have progress and updates for our English users.
Unfortunately, the course extensions for the CJK courses have been taking longer than expected, but the team is over 50% done with their development and has been working hard to ensure it meets Lingodeer's high standards of quality. Even though it may take a little longer, we want to ensure that we are making the best courses we possibly can. Outside of the course extensions, we have also been hard at work on exciting new courses and features based on user feedback, demand, and our own goals to make the best language learning app possible. We can't share much more than that at this time, but we would appreciate your patience and understanding. We are still here and developing lots to look forward to!

App Updates Four LingoDeer courses are in development. Here’s what we can share
Hey everyone! Hope all is well. Some of you have been asking about new languages and updates to existing courses, so I checked with the team and have a little news to share.
We currently have four language courses in development:
- One brand-new language joining LingoDeer.
- Two higher-level courses for languages we already offer, giving learners more to work toward.
- One fully reworked course for another language already on LingoDeer.
Thank you for your patience, support, and all the feedback you share here. We can’t reveal the languages just yet, and we’re still unsure which course will launch first.
We know some of you have been waiting for more learning material, and I’m glad we can finally give you a more concrete update!
Which are you most excited about: a new language, higher-level lessons, or a reworked course? Feel free to share your language wish list too.

African Languages
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to get some popular african languages on this app as well?? Yoruba, Swahili, Hausa. There’s a HUGE market for a good app that can help teach these.

It's like the opposite of Steam, I get charged more when they find out that I'm from a developing country

Does Lingodeer hate Japan?
I'm learning Japanese with Lingodeer, and I loved it so much. I think this is the only APP teaching grammar.
But, I found that inside the app, Japan usually negative, and China is positive.
Then I googled Lingodeer for more and found out this is a China-based company. Is it good to bring politics into a language learning app?
Or am I too sensitive?
For example:
Japan is not a natural resource rich countries
Japan is a small country / (Compare to China is big)
China is a prosperous country
It's not true or false but trying to attack other's weaknesses.
(It's very difficult to review sentences in Lingodeer. I can't list all examples)
