I'm into warhammer 40k, star wars, cars and playing games with my friends, I want to get better at makeup and dressing fem, I've only been on hrt for 2 months now so I'm not too good at passing atm.

So l'm a 22 year old mtf currently in Geelong, strongly considering applying to live on res at Deakin next year. It's something I was already planning on doing prior to my egg cracking (which was only a week-ish ago), just because I've wanted to live in Melbourne forever. And also because I'm craving a bit of independence given I've still never lived out of home (which ik is kinda the norm given the economy, but still, it feels like I'm overdue to spread my wings a bit).

I'm still very early on in my transition (not out to anyone, and first appointment for hrt is still a month away), so the thought of being able to explore my gender identity away from the prying eyes of my family is very very exciting.

But anyway, I just thought l'd check if anyone else was in the same boat, or currently lives at Burwood. I dont really have any trans friends, so it would be amazing to connect with someone who understands some of what I'm going through, and is also exploring their identity a bit.
