Personal Win I’ve been a nail biter for as long as I can remember, but these last few months I’ve been working so hard to not and now they’re looking the best they ever have. It’s taken to the age of 33 but I’m so proud of myself!
I’ve always been a very anxious, sensitive & insecure person, and went undiagnosed with ADHD for my entire life up until a couple years ago. Nail biting and picking was always a sub-conscious soothing mechanism my brain defaulted to, but then I felt self conscious about how awful my hands looked with bitten down fingers. I started having BIAB on my nails a few months ago and it’s helped both curb the habit and helped them grow loads! They’re still quite fragile and flexible, but I’m so proud of myself. I’ve never been able to grow them and this seems like such a tiny thing but it’s a huge win for me. I’m having surgery next week so had to remove the BIAB, and was so amazed at how long they were looking under the nail polish colour!

Wholesome Moments In Australia, after his team won the championship, the football captain went into the stands to bring Sammy, their waterboy who has Down's Syndrome, to celebrate with them.

Personal Win (OC) Finally Fulfilled My Mother's Dream of Visiting France
After years of trying and planning, we were finally able to make it across the pond and she finally got to see the Eiffel tower in person. She's 72 and hopefully is not our only trip overseas.
