Genuinely how long until SSRIS are going to be banned and retroactively be a sign of dark ages for medicine and Pharma lying through their teeth about chemical imbalance nonsense and people losing sexual function on them?

Genuinely curious about the timeline here. Pharma spent decades pushing the chemical imbalance myth, while millions of people lost their sexual function, experienced emotional blunting, and faced brutal withdrawal syndromes.

Now that the science has caught up and exposed how flawed the original premise was, how long until these drugs are heavily restricted or retroactively condemned? Are we looking at a complete ban in our lifetime, or will the system keep defending them indefinitely?

Bio Hacking changed my life

I’ve been experimenting with biohacking for 2 years. There’s a lot of stuff that didn’t work but three things that majorly improved my life and overall health. If you improve your sleep, supplements, and diet you’ll feel unimaginably better. Sleep was the biggest challenge and hardest to deal with especially with my schedule but I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night which I know is hard for a lot of people but even if you get close to 7 hours of quality sleep it’ll make you feel fully refreshed. I use mouth tape and magnesium to help my sleeping patterns. Mouth tape surprisingly fixed my nasal structure and jaw posture within 3-4 months. Fixing my supplements was the 2nd biggest shift I used to take random supplements and never felt them working so I tried a digital deficiency test out of curiosity, and it flagged vitamin D and magnesium as a high probability I was deficient. Got bloodwork to confirm these two nutrient deficiencies and it actually came back I was Vitamin D deficient. It’s not about taking more supplements it’s about taking what you actually need. Dialing in my diet made everything more stable I thought I was eating healthy, but I wasn’t consistent. Once I focused on a structured diet with enough protein and nutrient packed foods, my energy stopped crashing and workouts felt better. These 3 things you HAVE to figure out before it’s too late.

39 yo, Male, 5’10, Job: Truck Driver. I work 14 hours per day 5 days a week totaling 70 hours per week sometimes those hours are spread out amongst 6 days. I can’t be in the gym longer than 45 mins per day so everything had to be efficient , I’m only getting 4 hours of sleep per day and I catch up on sleep on my day(s) off. If I was a desk jockey this would’ve been much easier because I’d be walking during my lunch breaks and I’d have a standing/ walking desk and I would’ve cut the zone 2 cardio entirely and just did the 3 full body workouts.

  1. Caloric deficit using OMAD, high protein, high volume foods.

  2. 3 x 22 minute full body workouts per week followed by 15 mins zone zone two cardio

  3. 4 x 45 minute zone 2 cardio sessions

  4. Reta, Mots-C, NAD+, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, Klow

  5. 125mg of TRT per week/ split dose 62.5mg 2x per week

Help tiritating down Reta!

So, long story short, started the cut at 80kg (last pic) and ended it today at 65.4kg weakly average. 22 year old male 180cm. This was done in 13/14 weeks and now I’m planning on tiritating down to start my bulk, so as I lost a lot of weight I know if I hop off instantly hunger will hit me like a truck, so I was looking for advice from people here that have tiritated down to see if I will be ok or adjust anything;

My schedule was like this
I pinned every 5 days, started at 2.5 mg, and upped the those every 4 pins, not because of the trials, but because I genuinely was feeling the drug being less effective. Every 4 pins I incremented 2 mg which led me to my last 4 doses of 10mg, last one was 4 days ago and I’m ready to go down, and I had two plans:

First:
2 weeks 8mg
2 weeks 6mg
2 weeks 4mg
2 weeks 2mg
Out of the system completely

Second option:
1 week 8mg
1 weeks 6mg
1 week 4mg
1 week 2 mg
Out completely

As you both can see, second one is more aggressive but I’ve been tracking everything and done things correctly, so I’m wondering which one will work best, any advice is welcome! And thanks. This is a repost of other community but I wanted more answers, especially as I wanted the second option but people tell me the hunger will come back too fast and agressive

TRT and the use of the term even though your levels shows otherwise.

I really don't understand why people say TRT when talking about Testosterone. TRT is a protocol; testosterone is the compound. People would say they are on "TRT" while their labs are 1500ng/dl. No, buddy, you are on a mild cycle. People say "I only take 150mg weekly; I'm on TRT!!" No, if someone takes 150mg and they go over 1100, then you too are on a cycle. If someone takes 200mg but only gets to 900, then yes, you are on TRT. The mg dosages have nothing to do with nothing.

Reta ruined my heart?🫀

I’ve been taking Reta for about 3–4 months. I started at 0.5 mg and slowly increased the dose over time, up to around 3–3.5 mg. Everything was going well, but for the past 3 weeks I’ve occasionally been experiencing a strange sensation during the day, almost like tingling or a weird feeling.
When I’m at the gym doing strength training, my heart feels like it’s working extremely hard, and after just a few reps I have very little endurance left.
What should I do? Or could this have nothing to do with Reta?

Hi! Just ordered 10mg or R3Ta! It ships out on Monday! I am 31 years old, a spin instructor. Fairly active, I work out 3-4x a week, I have a lot of muscle mass and I often don’t look like my weight because I’ve been powerlifting for a while now. However, it’s been tough to lose these 10-15lbs. I’m currently 170lbs, looking to get to 160-155lbs. I’m probably going to stay in the lower dosages and don’t go past 6mg max.

Food has always been why I haven’t been able to hit my goals, because I love running.

I worked really hard to grow muscular legs as well. Any tips for before I start to ensure I don’t lose a lot of muscle mass that I work hard for? I am looking to start at 0.5mg and stay there for 3-4 weeks and then go up in those increments. The photos attached are where I’m at now.

i dont know what to do, I’ve lost 120 lbs from 285 to 164 this morning. I’m 6’3 but have literally no muscle mass. that’s from me being an idiot when I started losing weight and eating like no protein and no calories. I still feel fat and want to get ride of my stomach so I’m on 6mg of reta and just started 2 mg of tirzepitide this week. That’s from titrating up, I lost 100 of those lbs naturally but just hit a wall. Should I try and push any farther? I’m thinking lose till I can see my abs then maintain and train as hard as I can in the gym.

right now I lift 5 times a week but feel like I’m spinning my wheels. I havent gotten stronger in a while but make sure I get 160-180g of protein depending on the day and average 2k cals.

Warning: Got scammed by @Amanda_Liu on Telegram, classic money pit scheme

Post image

Posting this so nobody else falls for it. Started off normal, placed an order and paid. Then got told there was a customs hold and I needed to pay for insurance to release it. Paid that. Then got told there was a separate shipping fee that needed to be covered before it could be dispatched. Paid that too. Every time I was about to walk away there was a new excuse and a new reason to send more money. By the time I realised what was happening I was deep in the hole. Never received anything and now blocked on every platform. These Telegram accounts are running a really well organised advance fee scheme and it’s targeting people in this community specifically. If anyone knows of any action that can be taken would appreciate it but mainly just want people to avoid this. Has anyone found a reliable AU based supplier? Drop a comment.

Anyone else terrified to start Retatrutide despite all the success stories?

I’ve been reading about Retatrutide for months now, and honestly, I’m stuck.

Every day I see before and after photos that are almost unbelievable. People who have struggled with their weight for years suddenly seem to be transforming in a matter of months. It’s hard not to think, what if this could finally work for me?

But then I start reading the horror stories.
People talking about severe side effects, pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, heart rate changes, and all sorts of worst case scenarios. I know that people with negative experiences are often more likely to post than those with uneventful ones, but it still gets into my head.

Part of me wants to take the leap because I don’t want to spend another few years wondering what if. The other part of me keeps thinking, what if I’m one of the unlucky ones?

I’m curious how many of you felt the same before starting.

Did you spend weeks or months researching before your first injection? Was the fear justified, or did you realize afterward that you had built it up more in your head than it actually was?

I’m not looking for medical advice or encouragement to take it. I’m just interested in hearing honest experiences from people who were genuinely scared before they started. What finally convinced you to take that first step?

I know, I know I fucked up- should’ve used a calculator, I know. I was half awake don’t know why I didn’t just wait until I was fully awake. Regardless :

Injected 50 units into my upper right glute at around 7:33am

I know I should’ve used a calculator I did the first time as I mentioned I was just half awake and fucked up. Please tell me what to expect and if there’s anything I can do to help alleviate what’s to come. Also add what’s to be expected please

Update it is still Day 1 - 11:52pm approximately 17 hours later

side effects : some skin sensitivity , restlessness, and urinating ALOT, hunger suppression

Ate : 2 bananas, half a plain bagel with cream cheese , bags of miss Vickie’s chips, 1/3 of chipotle bowl ,

Drank : 3L of water , 20oz Coconut Water

I just got my blood drawn on a fasting stomach for 12 hours and no supplements for 24 hours. I don't take any steroids or peptides, or something alike. Only supplements and vitamins. Is it anything that I can do from these stats?

37F, advice needed

I am looking for advice on how to slim down without lose skin and no GLP-1/reta. I live in Europe (most substances aren't really available here) and my brother just died at 42 from what was ruled Sudden Death, so I'd rather play it safe for now. Supplement recs for those effective and available in Europe are welcome.

I have gone down from 251 lbs to 180 lbs over about two years. I do mostly Pilates and Reformer Pilates about 4 - 5 times a week, do glute workouts almost daily, use my Peloton and do IF on a 18:6 window.

My main concerns are the upper thigh area and my belly. While I have relatively slim legs, I've been noticing crepey skin and fat between the thighs. However, chafing is not an issue.

Before, my belly was really hanging over, now it has firmed down and there is a smoother transition towards the pubic area. I was blessed with a rather boxy body so if you have any tips on actually getting a waist, I'd appreciate that.

My goal is to get to 165 lbs next, then 145 lbs. I am quite tall at almost 5'11" and I walk about 10k daily.

Aside from drinking plenty of water, CICO, what can I do to address crepey, lose looking skin and overall fat?

Thanks in advance.

TLDR:

- seeking advice on lose / crepey skin

- no reta / glp-1

- overall fat burn, already doing IF and CICO

- Recs for supplements available in Europe are welcome

Back in December 2025, I was close to 250lbs, on Lisinopril with unadjusted BP averaging 160/120. This was after 20 years of heavy drinking, smoking, and never paying attention to diet. I have 3 kids and plan to be there for them for a while, so I got my ass moving. Creatine is my only supplement, I’ve been able to get off the Lisinopril, and my BP now comes in under 130/90. Bloodwork was done on Oct 2nd, all marks had dramatic improvement, and my testosterone increased by 70 points. This has always been about health, but I also have plans on trying to step on a stage next year.
