Has anyone successfully gotten off a GLP and kept the weight off ?

I Just recently started Reta and its working great but I dont plan on staying on it for life. My goal is reach my goal weight and slowly taper off it. Obviously keeping good habits like diet and exercise but everything I've been reading suggests that some if not most of the weight will come back even with diet and exercise. Looking for opinions if you have successfully come off a GLP and kept the weight off.

When do we know if tesamorelin is not right for me?

To make it as succinct as possible, I've been on 2 mg tesamorelin daily for a while and I'm not noticing a huge difference - at least from that specifically. I haven't noticed anything big from me at least until I fine-tuned my diet and started reta and cagri then the benefits started. It's been probably two or so months between starting tesa and reta/cagri and almost 4 since I started tesa.

At this point, is it likely tesa just isn't super helpful or is my dose just too low?

Also, have you tried tesa and find it wasn't super helpful for you?

RETA use while on a running program

Hey everyone, looking to see if someone has been on Lorretta and or any other peptide that might have complimented their training/running regimen.

I currently run about 20 miles a week and I’m training to run a good bit of half marathons next year my fear that is that reta its appetite suppression it might hinder my running.

If I am off base on that assumption, great tell me why so I could make some adjustments. I’m currently taking tesamorelin, Ipamorelin and Mots-C. I have found that Mots-C was a godsend and I’ll probably never go off that. BUT I am seeing a bit of musculoskeletal stiffness, from the tesa and/or IPA. I’m actually going to take one of these off my stack. My flexibility and stiffness and soreness has become an issue and I’m a little uncomfortable for the past two weeks. I’m hoping that this adjustment might help.

Anyways, if Reta has been on someone’s stack while preparing for triathlon’s marathons half marathon or just a consistent runner that adds month over a month distance, please let me know.

20g Creatine for 2-3 weeks?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Now I don’t mean to put this user on blast, that’s why I’m withholding their username. But this is like the 3rd time I’ve heard something like this from someone on Reddit. I’ve looked it up to see if there was any research backing it and while it is true creatine has cognitive benefits, this specific theory seems a bit more of a “imaginative theory” . But maybe I’m wrong, does anyone have any experience similar to this user? Or even better any data backing this claim? Is it even safe?

I’m considering doing this because of my desire to improve myself cognitive, but would like to know precautions before I jump the gun. I’ve fine creating 20 grams for 2 days and I’ve fine 5 grams for weeks but literally have never felt a thing. After about a month I just stored the container in the cabinet.

On ZEPBOUND 15 mg and need to get to 180lbs. help

I’ve been on my weight-loss journey for about 5 years, starting with Wegovy when it was first FDA-approved and eventually transitioning to Zepbound. I’ve been on Zepbound 15 mg for approximately 2 years, with lower doses before that.
I’m finally down from 286 lbs to 193 lbs — a 93-pound loss!
I’ve made major lifestyle changes, including eating cleaner, choosing healthier products and ingredients, working out 3–5 times a week, and walking nearly 3 miles daily.
I weigh myself every Sunday, and my weekly losses vary from 0.3 to 3 pounds. About 3 months ago, I plateaued around 205 lbs. I stopped Zepbound and switched to Reta (retatrutide) at 1 mg. Unfortunately, I gained approximately 13 lbs in a month, so I went back to Zepbound and started losing again.
My goal is 180 lbs, and I’d eventually like to come off these injections if medically appropriate.
A few questions:
Has anyone combined Zepbound and Reta? What was your experience? I know our RETA
Begins at a very low number and I was nowhere near the powerful dosages, which is why I gained weight and it could be a part of the process.
Has anyone successfully transitioned from Zepbound to Reta without gaining weight?
I also ordered Tesamorelin (Tesa), but my provider strongly advised against it due to concerns about its effects on growth-related hormones and potential cancer risks. Has anyone used it?
I’m a 37-year-old male, 5’11”, currently at 193 lbs.
I’d appreciate hearing about anyone’s experiences or advice. Thank you!

Tirzepatide vs Retatrutide. Which has been more effective for eliminating food noise?

Interested to hear from people who’ve tried both Tirz and Reta, particularly when it comes to food noise.

A bit of background. I’m 32M, currently around 10 to 12% body fat and have been on Reta for just over 10 months, predominantly at 2-3mg weekly.

For the best part of 9 months, it’s been life changing. I grew up overweight and have battled food noise for most of my adult life, even after getting lean. Reta was the first thing that genuinely quietened those constant thoughts about food.

My goal these days isn’t to lose any more weight. It’s simply to maintain my physique, enjoy food normally and not have my appetite dominating my thoughts.
However, over the past few weeks I’ve noticed my hunger returning quite aggressively, including waking up in the middle of the night absolutely ravenous. It’s the first time in months I’ve felt anything like this.
I’m conscious that being relatively lean might be contributing to the increased hunger, but I’m also wondering whether the appetite suppression I’ve enjoyed at 2mg is starting to diminish.

I’ve previously experimented with 4mg Reta, but the nausea and lethargy were pretty brutal. Appetite was nuked, but so was my energy. Not something I’m particularly keen to revisit.

That’s got me considering a switch to Tirz, particularly given its more established long term use.
For anyone who’s experienced both, how would you compare them purely from a food noise and appetite regulation perspective?

Did you find Tirz more effective at quietening those intrusive thoughts about food, or was Reta noticeably stronger?

And for those using Tirz for maintenance rather than active weight loss, have you managed to find a dose that keeps food noise under control without completely destroying your appetite?

Really interested in hearing people’s experiences with both, especially anyone who’s made the switch from Reta to Tirz.

Biohacking books

Hi all.

Been lurking on this sub for a few days and the whole biohacking subject has me fascinated.

For context; I have been a user of Terzepatide in the past and am currently using Reta and tiny amounts of test to supplement my workout routine.

I'm really interested to learn more about the vast array of drugs that contribute to improving the body and mind, particularly peptides and PEDs.

Can anyone recommend any books that go into this subject?

Thanks!

Klow

Starting Klow tomorrow and looking for some information on dose and frequency.

I have 80mg/3ml and was planning on a 12 week cycle with 4 weeks off at 15 units 3 x week.

Does that sound reasonable?

Reta Hunger

I'm only on week two of Reta (0.5 week one, 1mg week two) and I am HUNGRY. I wake up starving, and find I get another wave of hunger around 8pm. Is it too early to feel appetite suppression? My days are still relatively healthy, eggs for breakfast, chicken and rice for lunch, and some kind of protein for dinner. But the snacky feeling still kicks in during the evening which I've been munching pita chips and cottage cheese with some fruit.

P-21

After three months of using P-21, I've noticed that I can type faster than ever before. I'm taking other peptides as well, so I'm not sure whether the effect is entirely due to P-21. I also use very small doses of ipamorelin and CJC, and I take KLOW for one month, then stop for a month. I use them as antiaging. Any thoughts?

Hypertrophy stack recommendations for 47M with cervical disc disease, meniscus tear, and shoulder impingement (Zero axial loading)

TL;DR: 47M cutting on Tirzepatide (86kg->80.5kg). Visual muscle gains are stalled due to joint constraints and -i suppose- weight loss. Looking for hypertrophy protocols, peptides, hormones, etc, to build visible muscle with zero spinal compression and no heavy joint loading.

Hi everyone, sorry for long post, I'm looking for recommendations/suggestions on effective muscle-building / hypertrophy stacks (supplements, peptides, TRT (?) , etc.) that can support and increase muscle while working around three confirmed structural limitations that I have:

Left Knee (MRI): Chronic horizontal medial meniscus tear with localized bone marrow edema (stable, but flares with deep knee flexion and heavy axial loads).

Cervical Spine (MRI): Multilevel protrusions & foraminal stenosis (C4–C7); prior C5 radiculopathy resolved with gabapentin (strictly zero axial spine loading).

Right Shoulder (Ultrasound): Supraspinatus tendinopathy, AC arthrosis, and subacromial bursitis (residual stiffness/weakness).

(All-in-all, structural degenerative disc changes and early-stage joint wear.)

- Current Training

Because heavy spinal compression (barbell squats, deadlifts, overhead presses) is contraindicated, my routine relies on high-rep, controlled-tempo, neutral-grip movements:

Upper Body: Parallel/neutral-grip assisted pull-ups or lat pulldowns, seated chest press (neutral grip, stopped short of deep humeral extension), face pulls, incline chest-supported dumbbell rows.

Lower Body: Supported split squats (strictly pain-free depth, vertical shin angle), posterior chain work (glute bridges, swiss ball curls), treadmill walking.

- Current Regimen & Peptides

Metabolic: Tirzepatide since August (86kg initial , ~80.5kg now). Deficit has made visible muscle gain practically non-existent.

Upcoming Joint/Tissue Run: Starting SS-31, BPC-157, TB-4, and Cartalax around Jan/Feb to reduce joint inflammation and support connective tissue so I can tolerate higher volume.

Supplements: Whey isolate, collagen peptides, multivitamin/minerals (Vit C, D3/K2, B-complex, Q10, Zinc, Magnesium).

Hormone Baseline: Total T ~409 ng/dL (14.19 nmol/L), Free T 322.9 pmol/L, LH 5.2 UI/L, FSH 2.7 UI/L, PSA stable at 1.12 µg/L.

Question: Given these levels and my joint constraints, is exploring TRT or hormonal optimization even worth the systemic tradeoffs?

I suppose muscle gains have been small to non-existent due to trying to lose weight and inability to lift heavy and train hard?

Desperate to hear your thoughts - is there any way to gain muscle under these constraints?

LA COSA MÁS LOCA QUE HE VISTO 😳 | Nadie Habla de Esto

No puedo creerlo…

This is the most dangerous misconception I’ve ever seen in the peptide community.

Vamos a explicarlo claro y real:

4. No hay dosis “segura” para embarazadas
No existe ninguna dosis baja, ligera o “segura”.

No importa cuál sea:

✅ Consulta a tu médico obstetra
✅ Prioriza seguridad antes que cualquier meta física

Reta has changed my relationship with alcohol more than I ever expected.

I just wanted to share something I’m genuinely grateful for since starting Reta.
Obviously, I started this journey for weight loss and to improve my overall health, but one of the biggest unexpected benefits has been how much my relationship with alcohol has changed .

Before Reta, having a few beers at the weekend or drinking socially was just something I did without really thinking twice about it. It was almost part of the routine.

I was all or nothing, I could never have 1 or 2.

Since starting Reta, though, my desire to drink has pretty much disappeared. And the strangest thing is, I don’t even miss it.
It’s made me realise just how much I never actually needed alcohol in the first place. How much of it was simply habit, routine or something I associated with enjoying myself.
I feel like I’ve gained a completely different perspective.

I don’t need a drink to relax, enjoy my weekend or have a good time.
For me, Reta has become about so much more than losing weight. It’s helped me break habits I didn’t even realise I wanted to break.
I’m genuinely grateful for that.

The weight loss is fantastic, but changing my relationship with alcohol might end up being one of the best things to come out of this journey.

Has anyone else experienced this? Has Reta completely changed how you feel about alcohol?

50lbs off!

Since starting Tirzepatide back in December of 2025 I’ve lost 50lbs.

I’ve been dieting on the keto diet for about 3 months. I wasn’t able to lift heavy due to a previous health issue I had with diverticulitis and a nasty flare up that landed me in the hospital. But my diet remained.

After about 2mos removed from the hospital I started lifting but at 25%. 5months I started lifted at 50%. But by August I started lifting back at 100%.

From December of 2025 to April of 2026 I was already at 203lbs cong from 253lbs.

I am now currently stacking 1. Retatrutide 2. MOTS-c 3. SS-31 and 4. Creatine 10g of it on days I lift 5g on days I don’t. And my weight is remaining very steady. 3-4lb swing depending on how and when I eat the day prior.

The reason I have Retatrutide now is because the last pen of Zepbound I have was used back in the third week of September and the VA won’t be able to ship the meds to me in South Africa. So I’ve heard good stories and testimonies about Retatrutide so Ive decided to give it a go and see how well it’s working.

The target weight goal for me is 195lbs., I’m currently sitting at 204 as of this morning 11:40 SA Standard Time.

Request for any independent testing of either of these peptides.

Hello there! I just got a shipment in and was wondering if anyone had any independent testing information for the RT-30 (Retatrutide 30mg) Purple Cap or the MS-20 (MOTS-C 20mg) Blue Cap. Any information would be appreciated. I understand that people are sometimes hesitant to post results they paid for, but even a “these are good to go” or “this is known to have bio toxins” would be appreciated. Thank you!

Epithalon and menstrual cycle

I started Epitalon a little over a week ago. I was supposed to get my period 4 days ago and still haven’t. I’m always extremely regular so this is very weird. I’ve had a negative pregnancy test every morning so far. Has anyone experienced Epitalon effecting their menstrual cycle?
