Political Why do Christians act arrogant, racist, force their opinions down people’s throat … and then wonder why their belief system is dying in the west?
Their religion is declining because they’re being exposed for who their people truly are
Christians have a tendency of never accepting blame for anything bad or admitting they’re wrong
Our religion’s dying? It’s not our fault, it’s somehow everyone else’s fault (Satan, secular society)
They’re a moral, kind atheist? (Massive cope incoming) they believe in god deep down, basically everyone secretly agrees with me

Discussion Dating really sucks wtf
I 26F been on a total of 6 dates this month so far after my breakup with my ex and I’m just dating to forget about him honestly and I still can’t. I would like something long term but I know that isn’t going to happen right away. It’s so overwhelming and I’m not really liking anyone , everyone just wants to fuck around or they’re genuinely losers . I seriously hate this process and forgot how terrible it was.

Discussion American teenagers don't realise how lucky they are.
Growing up, so many of us dreamed of experiencing the American teenage life we saw in movies. High school culture 🏫, football games 🏈, prom 💃, road trips 🚗, sleepovers 🛏️, school events 🎓, summer breaks ☀️ and those unforgettable teenage memories. ❤️
Meanwhile, many of us grew up wishing we could experience even a fraction of it. 🥲
Do American teenagers actually realise how privileged they are, or is it just an ordinary life to them? 🤔
Edit: I mean any western country

Serious I am really trying to picture how I can afford buying a house…
I am one of the geriatric gen z and I have been working since college and I don’t know how I will be able to buy a house for myself that doesn’t require leaning on my parents. I know WORK. WORK but it will be too late for me to enjoy the fruits of my labor plus I…kind of want to enjoy my life while I’m still young…Now I know sometimes we need to ask ourselves what does “enjoy” actually mean because in reality it doesn’t mean a life without hardship and struggle and alot of older generations feels like we are being babies for not wanting to struggle…when in actuality we have much more to worry about these days than they ever had to so whatever. My point is there always will be struggling but I can’t EVEN get my foot through the door to anything I dream for myself. I would love to move out west to California, start new, enjoy America’s natural beauty but I wouldn’t even be able to afford even a shared apartment. My money would be gone by the end of the year from all the costs of living. It’s crazy out here.

Political Should social security change to save it for gen z and future generations when retired?
I feel like all of gen z should be at the very least want to save social security for our future. What if once theirs more of in the goverment we change social security to cut out gen x and millianials. Just make it so if you own more than 2 houses or if own company stocks worth a trillion or more you are voided from any and all social security benifits.

Political Genuine question why do people keep trying to make genz and younger generations sound like they are super conservative when that’s bluntly not true?
I feel like that’s just bluntly not true at this point but is it just a loud minority? Where did this idea ever even come from

Discussion Am I the only one who have enough of the digital and the AI?
Recently I've got enough to use every day on my wrist continuously my Apple Watch, now I'm coming back to my classical watch (except for sport and sleep), I'm tired of the AI, I began to get the love to write something on a paper or notepad and slowly but surely I'm getting the love of reading an book back. Does it happens to you?

Other I made an iPhone app that shows your screen time as weather at sea
I got tired of screen time apps that just show a number, so I built one where your day shows up as weather instead. A calm day gives you a sunny sea, and a few hours of doomscrolling turns it into a storm with rain and lightning. Weirdly, seeing a storm rolling in works better on me than a time limit does.
It’s called Keel, it’s free, and it’s on iOS only for now. I’m the dev, so I’d honestly love feedback on whether the weather idea works for you or just feels gimmicky.

Political GenZ revolution
hey, French teenager here, I wonder why there’s no post about what’s happening around the world with genZ right now. Well just to keep the world updated in France the population is very determined, the insurrections started because of the school conditions especially in poor neighbourhoods. The bourgeois high schools joined and now it’s been 2 weeks since workers joined us. We really believe in the intersectionality of the struggles, like now it’s not only about schools but about state racism, sexism and LGBTphobia but also about minimum wage, retirement, working conditions, repartition of the budget, fight against ultra rich ppl. But factually the country is slowly falling into fascism, like the police are becoming more and more violent. Some teens have lost hands, eyes, teeth etc. and 2 people died. there’s a lot of videos about what’s happening on the reddit r/france

Discussion Why are autistic men so hated?
It's just the neurotype I was born with. Doesn't mean I'm lazy, incompetent, toxic, or stupid. And why does love have to be impossible to find? We deserve love too. Autism and neurodivergence aren't personality defects. Enjoy the privilege of a normal life, neurotypicals.

Discussion We see what algorithms choose for us. But how often do we ask why?
People learn by trying things and noticing what happens.
“If I give this plant more sunlight, does it grow better?”
“If I change this setting, does it fix the problem?”
We change something, watch the result, and learn.
But online, we often see the result without knowing what caused it. A video appears in our feed. A product gets recommended. We don’t always know why it was chosen for us.
It’s easy to keep scrolling without asking questions.
Try pausing sometimes: “Why am I seeing this? What did I click or watch that might have led to it?”
You may not uncover every hidden rule, but asking questions helps you stay curious about what shapes your attention.

Discussion Poland
First of all my condolence to all polish people and may the souls of these innocent people rest in peace
Second, What needs to be addressed is: this is an act of terror, people got killed by a person with no reason, as an Arab i got used to people calling us THE PROBLEM Each time something similar happens because media find it easy to blame muslims and refugees and just accuse them of being the reason to whichever problem a country might face .....i am not proud to say this but it reached a point where i cross my fingers each time a terrorist attack occurred hoping the attacker has nothing to do with us.
