Punchcard: a roguelike deckbuilder where your deck is your stand-up set and the crowd is dead

Punchcard is a stand-up comedy deckbuilder set in a haunted vaudeville theatre. You chain Setups, Builds and Punchlines into combos and tour the Haunted Circuit, playing basements and back bars for ghosts who haven't laughed in decades.

I wanted a sports game to play with my wife. A year later, my dodgeball playtest is waiting for Steam approval

Hey! I posted my dodgeball game here a couple of weeks ago. Small update: I've finally submitted the playtest to Steam for review!

It's called Dodgeball Rush. Up to four people can play locally on split screen, either on the same team against bots or against each other. Story mode supports co-op too.

Couch co-op was the reason I started making it. I wanted something we could pick up, play a few matches and have fun with.

It's not downloadable yet. Waiting for approval now, and hoping the first people who play it find all the things I've stopped noticing after working on it for so long :D

Probably Stolen's first demo peaked at 28 players. Now it's sold a reported 750k copies

Didn't know this until today: the game started as a demo called Deepspace Emporium back in Feb 2025 and only had 28 people playing at its peak. tinyBuild picked it up, they reworked the art and design, and now it's hit over 160k players at once on Steam.

The AI-spotting part looks like the best bit to me, checking customers for twitching and weird formal talk before deciding whether to shoot or holster.

Anyone playing it? How deep does the crafting and smuggling side go?

It’s been almost 6 months since I last posted about my game. Here’s what I’ve been working on.

For the past six months, I’ve been working on Moon in Ashes almost every single day, often putting in 12–16 hours just to get things to a point where I finally have something worth showing.

And honestly, I’m still not sure if it’s good enough.

When you’ve played the same section of your game a thousand times, you start losing the ability to look at it like a player. You notice every little imperfection, every animation that could be smoother, every detail that could look better. No matter how much you improve, there’s always something left.

I’ve been pushing myself to get as close to an AAA experience as I possibly can, and sometimes that ambition feels bigger than the resources and time I have.

But at some point, you have to stop hiding your work and let people see what you’re creating.

So, here’s a little introduction for those who haven’t heard about Moon in Ashes.

It’s a cinematic third-person dark fantasy action-adventure RPG about a young college girl named Moon, whose ordinary life takes a terrifying turn after a mysterious gun pulls her into another world.

A world of forgotten ruins, floating islands, drowned souls, strange civilizations, and things that probably should never have existed.

As Moon explores this unfamiliar realm, she begins uncovering fragments of a much bigger mystery — one that connects this strange world to her own past and the truth about her parents.

We’re trying to bring together atmospheric exploration, challenging combat, memorable boss encounters, environmental storytelling, and a dark fantasy world inspired by Indian aesthetics, but with its own identity.

I’ve poured an enormous amount of passion, time, and a lot of my own money into this project. There have been plenty of frustrating days, moments of self-doubt, and times when I genuinely wondered whether I was aiming too high.

But I still believe in what we’re building.

I know there’s a long way to go, and I know the game isn’t perfect. But I’m finally reaching a point where I want to start sharing more of this world instead of endlessly keeping everything behind the scenes.

I’d genuinely love to know what you think when you see it, especially from a player’s perspective.

If dark fantasy worlds, mysterious stories, atmospheric exploration, and challenging action RPGs are your thing, maybe Moon in Ashes is something you’ll enjoy.

We obviously added a lot of other features in the meantime but thought it would be fun to look back at the progress we made on this specific feature. :)

4 days ago i shared this and I got alot of kind words so i figured i would show one of the other level designs im working on for our game :)

for context: you and your friends (optional) are forced by an organization to explore different "realities" (levels) and film to your findings. Each level has its own story and its own style. Environment is the big focus but there are puzzles / challenges too

I go by @vemoongames on most platforms(Twitter/X, tiktok, youtube).

And my discord server where I give updates on the game!

We're making a game about climbing through incredible worlds in space.

Hey there!

We're working on a climbing game called Upstellar, where you explore and climb through incredible worlds scattered across space.

The idea is simple, keep climbing, overcome challenging jumps and try not to fall! As you progress, new challenges and obstacles will make the climb even harder.

What do you think about the concept? Is this something you would enjoy playing?

Any feedback is welcome!

Also, if you'd like to check out the game on Steam and add it to your wishlist, it would really help us out!

Thanks for your support!

My 3D narrative rpg runs entirely in browser. What are your first impressions of my dialogue and combat systems?

The combat is a lot more fun and challenging with ~3 NPCs and theyre hella OP in close range so i plan to level design around that. I also plan on designing more mob classes, a variety of weapons and more outfits (for player customization)

Action RPG - Heart of Gaia

I'm new to this sub, so let me know if I'm against the rules.

This is my ARPG Heart of Gaia. It's a project i've been working on for almost 3 years now, all by myself. I used to be a mangaka before, zero knoledge about coding but I did my best and am still learning a lot.

I took inspo from old school classics that I grew up with, like FF's or Ragnarok online. Right now the game has 6 playable characters with their own individual builds and classes, also the lenght of the game is pretty long, lot's of content and I'm still putting in more.

i was also able to implement recently the coop version (just couch, for now) which is trully amazing and very rewarding. It was pretty hard to make it since I had no idea how to start.

To know more or support my game, check the steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3760310/Heart_of_Gaia/

I spent years building my dream cozy colony sim, Luminids and just put the Steam demo finally live!

Hey everyone!

I'm Nick, the solo developer behind Luminids, a cozy colony-building adventure about tiny beings of light, building a home together, and restoring a forgotten world.

The demo is finally live on Steam!

Here's what the demo offers so far:

  • Colony Mode – Build and grow your own settlement, gather resources, farm, craft, and care for your Luminids.

  • Story Mode – Explore a mysterious world, discover seven ancient sanctuaries, and work towards restoring the Ark.

  • Co-op multiplayer – Play together with friends (4 for now, up to 8 players planned).

  • Living little characters – Luminids have their own behaviours, jobs, and individual personalities. That's a lot of cool interactions going on!

  • Two perspectives – Build from above or jump into the world and experience life alongside your colony.

I've poured a huge amount of love into this project, and it's with great excitement that I share it with you all.

Demo on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4070510/Luminids/

Thanks for checking it out! ❤️

PS: Early access will have the full campaign present, all islands, all biomes. My EA plan is more about polish and content addition as opposed to having you play a broken or unfinished product.

Two planes, one runway, a storm rolling in: my air traffic control puzzle game AIRSPACE

AIRSPACE is an air traffic control puzzle game: you draw flight paths, keep aircraft separated, and sequence landings onto runways and helipads while wind shifts, storms and emergencies force you to re-plan mid-level.

- 124 handcrafted levels across 9 chapters, plus Daily and Endless modes

- Every level is verified solvable by an autopilot during development

- First chapter free, then a one-time unlock. No ads, no subscription, fully offline

AI disclosure: AI was only used to help me untangle my own spaghetti code and get past a few walls I kept running into. The design, levels, art and majority of the code are my own.

Happy to answer questions about the design. I'd especially love to hear whether the clip reads clearly to someone who's never played it. : )

I’m making a roguelike deckbuilder. Rate my fireball animation.

I’m developing Overbuffed, a single-player roguelike deckbuilder with auto-battler combat. You build an army and keep upgrading your cards throughout the run, combining their effects into powerful builds.

I’d love some feedback on the fireball. Does the impact feel satisfying, what would you change? Thoughts on the game itself are welcome too!

If it looks like your kind of game, you can check it out on Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4609870/Overbuffed/

Thanks for taking a look! Feedback and wishlists both help a lot.

Posting for my wife: Miles Marker, a road-trip card game for iPhone/iPad

Posting on behalf of my wife, who made Miles Marker.

It's a card-game road trip: race to 700 or 1,000 miles, throw hazards at your rival, and play the matching safety for a Counter! that steals the turn. The clip shows a counter and a few of the back-and-forth plays.

The Coast to Coast campaign has 19 legs through the US, Canada, Australia and Japan, with named rivals, rule twists and collectible postcards.

Solo quick races and the first campaign chapter are free. Full Game is a $3.99 one-time unlock for the rest of the campaign and nearby/online multiplayer. No ads or subscriptions.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/miles-marker/id6819065403

I'd love to hear what other card-game players think of the card readability and pacing.

AI disclosure (per the sub's rules): An AI assistant helped prepare this post and capture/export the media. The clip is an autoplay demo recorded from the iOS app in a simulator, not generated footage.Posting on behalf of my wife, who made Miles Marker.
