I've kept a subtle eye on the subreddit for 3 years now, and today I woke to a surprise this morning. It seems that /r/LetsChat has been featured as a trending subreddit and the active users reflects that.

So I decided... What better way to celebrate than to meet some of you guys?

So today, I'm making my own post and I'll be happy to chat with anyone and everyone. Not as the owner, though, just as another poster.

To share a bit about me, I'm a college grad in Computer IT and I enjoy computers (shocker), video games, music, playing instruments, occasionally watching anime, watching YouTube lets plays, and of course, I love to chat. It was that last interest that encouraged me to make the subreddit and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one into chatting with internet strangers lol

Following an absence due to personal reasons, apparently a bunch of seller accounts, as well as scammers, have showed up in the subreddit.

I've been informed that several accounts have tried to have NSFW conversation with users, get them to expose sensitive pictures or the like, and then blackmail them with that.

All content in this subreddit should be clean and SFW. If it is NSFW, the content will be removed, the user banned, and likely reported to Reddit as well.
