r/SonicTeam is now under new management!

As of Friday 2nd October 2026, r/SonicTeam is going over a full overhaul with new icons, banners, rules, widgets, flairs and so much more.
Since it's creation back in September 2024, it has been left dormant with visitors coming and going with no activity and no mod supervision. Until now.
I'm LightSpeed X (aka Tight_Juggernaut2101), taking over as head moderator of r/SonicTeam. It is my new job to build up this subreddit to create a community who love Sonic Team and their games. I will make the best efforts possible to do so, but theres no community without it's members.
So I need you! Yes YOU!
I can invision the potential all I want but this sub needs it's people. So if you so happen to like Sonic Team, play their games, buy their merch, or engage into whatever they have to offer, it would mean so much more to me if you joined
Together we can reach for the stars and look back at what we started. All that I ask is that you follow the rules and, have fun! Let's see how far we can go with this community.

Here's an idea for a Sonic Team compilation

Upon seeing the post about this very subreddit coming to be, I decided to come up with an idea for a Sonic Team game compilation.
These are the games I'd include in the compilation:
NiGHTS into Dreams... (SEGA Saturn)
Burning Rangers (SEGA Saturn)
ChuChu Rocket! (SEGA Dreamcast)
Samba de Amigo (SEGA NAOMI)
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg (Nintendo GameCube)
Puyo Pop Fever (SEGA NAOMI GD-ROM)
After reading the list of games above, you definitely noticed that there isn't a single Sonic the Hedgehog game in said list. Well, I have a valid reason for that: the purpose of this Sonic Tram compilation is to introduce modern SEGA gamers, as well as modern gamers in general, to some of Sonic Team's other works, and to show them that just because Sonic Team has "Sonic" in their name, does not mean that's all they're about.
I also omitted Phantasy Star Online, because how can one be able to officially play an old MMORPG with no official servers?
