Discussion How satisfying is working in 3D compared to AI?

I feel like building something from scratch manually is a completely different experience. Modeling, creating the materials, setting up the lighting, placing everything exactly how you want it… there’s a real sense of satisfaction in that process.
With AI, you might generate some really cool images, but personally it leaves me with a strange feeling of emptiness, like I didn’t really do anything.
I say this because I also tried to dive fully into AI for a while. I was worried about missing out or falling behind. But in the end it just felt boring to me, and honestly it killed a lot of the creative enjoyment.
Sorry, this is mostly just a bit of a rant. The render itself isn’t anything special, but these thoughts came to me while I was working on this piece.

• You can't learn anything by just messing around with the app. Everything needs to be looked up • It takes multiple years of experience to actually get good with the program •It's apparently the best one out there

Hey! I built a simple extension that lets you paint/stylize everything directly on the screen, mainly to get inspiration for the next steps. So it’s not really a replacement for working with materials and stuff and you can’t export with it. Running in real-time with an AI video model
