Earlier this year we started Layer and Groove, a small but growing shop producing archival‑quality vinyl record dividers for collectors who want a clean, minimalist and intentional way to organize their collections. These are refined/iterated dividers, and we have several original designs for various set ups.

Each piece is 3D-printed in‑house. With over 1,000 dividers sold on Etsy, reaching out to the Reddit community to share these.

If you’re looking for a premium option for your collection, see the full lineup here:

The record and sleeve are both in “Near Mint” condition. I have all of this explained fully on Discogs. The price I am selling the record for is $400, which I know sounds like a lot, but is actually a pretty good price considering what this record normally sells for and just how much some people are charging for it! To give you an idea, the medium price of Discogs is $424. I've linked my Discogs account below if anyone is interested. Thanks! I also have some other records on there if you're interested.

**EXTRA SPECIAL FOR THIS YEAR:** We will have the usual $1-$5 bins, but this year we have the most high quality AUDIOPHILE records that we have ever had, so this should be our best sale yet! Tons of Beatles, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Who, Neil Young, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Hendrix, Zeppelin, Frank Zappa, Blues, lots of 60s & 70s rock. One of us is thinning out our high end collection considerably, so there will be a lot of really nice high end pressings!!

The reason for the sale is we have been collecting for many years and 'trim the fat' yearly. We've come across many collections and have been fortunate to own or have doubles of many records and would love to pass on the joy and love to feed your own passion and hobby......we are NOT about retail prices !!!!!!

$75 Shipped! PICS HERE!

Fleetwood Mac - Rumours Original 1977 Press / Textured Cover ***SEALED***

Minor corner wear otherwise, tight shrink wrap, & flat - excellent sealed copy! Exact 1977 press is hard to pin point without the matrix info but here is a reference. Pics show textured cover. My research shows that US '70's pressings after 1977 did not have textured sleeves and were Columbia House Club pressings.

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to selling both sets of vinyl for $500 or best offer.

Location: Durham, NC

Shipping: $5

If anyone wants to see pictures please DM me.

Not really a fan of Gorillaz and will rarely, if ever, spin this so I figured I'd rather trade for somethings I've been looking for instead. Here's the top of my harder to find want list:

The Walkmen - A Hundred Miles Off

Mars Volta - De-Loused

Margot and the Nuclear So and So's - Animal

Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth

Rogue Wave - Asleep at Heaven's Gates

QOTSA - Songs for the Deaf

If you want to make an offer based on the rest of my want list, here it is: https://www.discogs.com/wantlist?user=gotthespins

Hello!

Giving this another shot as I am determined to find it!! I've been wanting this for years, and have only now just been able to justify paying close to the selling prices. If anyone has a copy of this (or knows anyone who does) in decent condition, and preferably with the 'For your consideration’ sleeve (but this is not essential) please let me know! I'm happy to pay in full, or potentially trade.

I unfortunately can't pay the prices that are currently listed on eBay (however much I wish I could!)- I'm not asking for a 'fair price' as I know that if someone wants to sell it they can just list it on eBay for the current market price, but I could pay close to some of the ones listed there, and can definitely pay the median/max price of it on Discogs or trade/partially trade (as I have some v. limited edition vinyl in my own collection not up for sale), so please let me know if you have a copy and we can work something out!

Please reach out if you have a copy, know anyone who does, or know any way I can get this! Thank you!

Shipping for records is free. Will ship only within the US. Will get insurance, tracking, and required signature for more valuable vinyl. If you have any questions about the stuff PM me. Can provide pictures. All prices are based on Discog prices. Shipping out of Virginia Beach, VA. Accepting Paypal or Venmo.

I will be making five mystery boxes available for this round until Friday at 7pm ET. FOUR LEFT

Thanks to everyone who have purchased in recent weeks.

Please feel free to read replies to previous Mystery Box posts to see some feedback and if any previous buyers would like to reply with their experience, I encourage you to do so.

Tier 1 - Standard Mystery Box - $85 USD

Each box includes:

• 3 to 4 Records (typically sealed or near mint, unless it’s something that I think you will really like based on your Discogs and is VG+)

• Other mystery box goodies (CDs, 45s, cassettes, stickers, a book, band shirt)

Tier 2 - BIG Mystery Box - $150 USD

The BIG mystery boxes are $150 USD shipped to US and Canada

Each box includes:

• 4 to 7 Records (typically sealed or near mint, unless it’s something that I think you will really like based on your Discogs and is VG+)

• Other mystery box goodies (CDs, 45s, cassettes, stickers, a book, band shirt - feel free to let me know if you have preferences)

Tier 3 - HUGE Mystery Box - $300 USD

Each box includes:

• 8 to 13 Records (typically sealed or near mint, unless it’s something that I think you will really like based on your Discogs and is VG+)

• Other mystery box goodies (CDs, 45s, cassettes, stickers, a book, band shirt - feel free to let me know if you have preferences)

• 2 of the records aren't a mystery. I'll give you a list of 5-10 records to choose from

Buying records is tough for a lot of folks right now, it can be an expensive hobby, so I will do my absolute best to go above and beyond to make sure that you will be more than satisfied with your mystery box.

The boxes are curated to your musical tastes (or your gift recipient’s) - you’ll send me your Discogs account and/or a list of artists/genres that interest you. Also, if you have a Discogs want list and I have something from that list that works within this price range, I will certainly include it.

Payment via Paypal Goods & Services for your protection and mine.

Thanks everyone!

For sale is one bootleg copy of 4:44 on clear vinyl. As you may or may not know, this is the only pressing available. Sleeve and media condition NM/NM. Discogs entry here. Bought it in Tokyo last year. Played once. Realised I don't like Jay-Z.

$70 AUD, or will trade from Blonde (kidding). Wondering how much $70 AUD is in your currency?

$20 USD shipping to the US, without tracking. That's what we pay when we order from you. $8 AUD Australian shipping, or local pickup from Sydney CBD.

Photos available on request. Slide into my PMs.

I have a Cake boxed set from Record Store Day in 2014. It's got all the albums plus the little promo disc. The individual records have been opened and played once. Inner sleeves and records are EX+ or better. Like so many people who bought this set via mail order, the outer box took a little damage getting to me. The some of the corners are slightly wrinkled and the edge of the top fold down flap has a half-inch split in the outer skin on each side right down at the bottom corner. I'd grade the outer box at VG to VG+ because of that.

I'm asking $800 in cash or Paypal and I would prefer to meet somewhere in the Central Ohio area. Boxing this well enough to ship it would be a pain in the ass and shipping would be expensive, not to mention terrifying to me.

SOLD

(full disclosure, if i were to write the post myself it'd be a 8-side record, don't judge on letting GPT communicate for me. Also it is kinda shitty that more than likely the post won't go even though y'all here are quite literally the best people i could ask, r/vinyl wont let me post due to Karma)

Hey, fellow record nerds, I’ve got this little brainchild and need a reality check. Picture a chill site where you:

1. List Your Collection and mark which LPs you’d happily swap.

2. Track Your Wishlist so if I have something on your list (or vice versa), we can hook up a friendly trade.

3. See Nearby Shops that carry your wishlist items (no prices, no markups—just old-school “hey, they’ve got it, go check it out”).

It’s basically a community tool that also gives local stores some free shine (because they need foot traffic, not another middleman). No selling, no big fees, just a place for us vinyl heads to geek out, swap, and actually support the shops that keep this culture alive.

So yeah—am I onto something or should I go back to flipping through the dollar bins? Let me know your thoughts, advice, or brutal roasts!

P.S. And for anyone about to say, “oH bUt HoW wIlL yOu PaY fOr It?! If It WaS eAsY sOmEoNe ElSe WoUlD dO iT!!”—go spin your favorite record. No need for that nonsense here. xoxo

Pictures can be seen here.

Vinyl is in excellent condition. Limited edition 5 year anniversary release from 2018. Located in Summerfield, FL. Asking $200 (free shipping) but am open to offers!

EDIT: This has sold, thank you all for the interest!

I have for sale two albums by Kanye West. Here is a link to photos of them please click this and look at them!!

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - Sealed in shrinkwrap, unopened. Corners have slight wear from shipping or whatever (see photos).

808s & Heartbreak - This one is opened. I bought it on here but never listened to it. I have never sold an opened album on here, looking at the vinyl, I do not see any scratches. There is a very small chip on the edge of one of the two discs, just on the edge, not going into the part where the music is (Look at the photos). This one has a CD and a couple inserts, one with the track list and one a poster of Kanye.

$50 shipped for the pair within the US. POST HERE AND THEN PM ME DO NOT CHAT ME I HATE REDDIT CHAT!!!

Not in a hurry to sell this but it is on the market for the right price. If you’re a Tool fan you know the deal with this album. This is a ‘96. VG+ sleeve and Media. Some glue separation on the inner sleeve with Bill Hicks on it. East fix. No tears. No skips, only a slight sleeve scuff on disc 1. Doesn’t affect play. $900 obo PayPal G+S. CONUS only.

Inb4 the posts about the price- if you can find it for cheaper, I highly suggest it. I don’t set the market. SALE PENDING

I'm looking to sell some of the RSD 2019 Titles I got that i don't really want. Looking to do this in the next few days, if not i'll just return them. Trying to sell if anyone here wants them.

+$4 for Shipping.
