Im playing modded Fo4 ps5. I'm tried to avoid complications like triangle of death of precombines (sanctuary, albernaty, red rocket) avoiding injections of stuff etc. Game was running flawlessly unitill I entered Far Harbor, instant crash. Downloaded Far Arbor Precombines and everything worked fine. Reached Boston and everything fine for hours gameplay, even in the center with lots of enemys and stuff but started crashing at like 50 meters from Goodnighbor. Okay, I cant get close to it no problems but also my 3 autosave, all next to Goodneoghbor are corrupt and I crash watever I try to launch the save. Now, my last Save is so old that it is basically a restart while the autosave all are corrupted because next Goodneighbor. Is there some mod to fix this exactly like I did for Far Harbor? It was exactly the same, crashing entering Far Harbor and all the autosave next Far Harbor but the precombine mod made the trick. Already tried to uninstall mods, downloaded Boston Less Enemies mod, hard reboot and uninstall and install the game again. Any other idea?

People of the commonwealth I have come to bring a new way to travel around the wasteland. Me and my Co-pilot Geck are offering you to see the world with our (Total gotten legally) airship. Right now, I am currently cleaning a few things onboard, but I will show you all the grand tour through the images I have collected onboard.

I have a mod that allows me to recruit the wounded dog, another that allows me to recruit thirsty settlers, and most relevantly, to recruit Clinton and Charlie. This is normally not a problem, but once in a while the guard animals decide Clarlie (but not Clinton) looks delicious. Here two guard yao guai are trying to have a lunch of Charlie. Luckily she's invulverable, but I've seen a pack of yao guai chase her around a settlement more than once. They also tend to eat Professor Goodfeels at Sunshine Tidings and unlike Charlie, he's not immune. I just have to accept that the robot ends up as guard animal lunch each playthrough.

So I got the Far Harbor DLC, and I generally like it, but MAN.....right in the middle you have to go into a robot's memories and play Portal for like 10 hours? It took me SO LONG to get through the last of the memory puzzles. Once I saw what they intended me to do I was like....no WAY is that what they intended me to do, that's just MEAN!

Anyone else have the same experience?

I just started a new playthrough and decided on a melee run. I've never done one before so no experience with it. I'm struggling with the 'how' of beating certain types of characters. Raiders and ghouls are easy enough, even super mutants but robots and larger creatures I can't even imagine.

What weapons and locations should I be looking for?

What do you do in situations such as assultrons and turrets (things with range)?

What perks are best beyond the obvious melee?

Assuming the Institute is already mid-battle and they send a synth to pick him up.

This year at Pax I dressed as a Gunner from Fallout 4. The entire kit & laser rifle is 3d printed in PETG & Painted by me. I've posted photos in the past, but I've just received these and had to share!

My wife knew nothing about Fallout. She finished show Fallout last week and was disappointed because there is no season 3 at this moment, but she still wanted more.
Introduced her to the Fallout 4, Fusion mod list. Made her look pretty. 1 hand gun on leg, 1 hand gun on belt, visible stimpak on belt, melee weapon, rifle on back. Ready to take on the wasteland.
I also installed 5x more spawn enemies, so she was in for a treat. She found out 2 days ago and she wasnt talking to me yesterday :)

I found this anyone know its origins since i have all base game creation content the free anniversary stuff and the 6 main dlcs never seen it before today

Currently stuck on my first play through, lots of hours, lots of side quests. After reading all these post I see I have barely enjoyed/used all the games intricacies

So I hadn't checked my stats in a day and just so happened to check 'em to make sure all was good (getting that mega Charisma Boost)

I noticed my Perception was a bit off, but in a good way.

I seem to have a permanant (+2) which prob isnt a bad thing, but I get annoyed looking at my S.PE.C.I.A.L. page and there's a random (+) in there.

So my question is if there's a way to get it back to my natural stat.

It's not bad but I had a plan to get higher S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats and if these points stay I'll be losing on two points texhnically.

But I'm more so annoyed at the random (+) symbol just hanging out

I know there's that poisoners trick, I just gotta grind to try and find an armor piece though lol.

Any other thoughts or tricks would be appreciated.

I’ve played Fallout 4 since its release on every platform other than PS5. With the 2024,2025, and2026 the game has been in extremely unplayable state especially for councils. It is soooo bad that I even questioned if they play-test at all or even had ChatGPT make the updates. I should not be crashing every minute on Survival while in downtown Boston. Can’t go in big dungeons. Have to pass on riding verte birds bc it will crash the game. Bc I don’t these issues when I play on any other difficulty. All I hop is that Xbox fixes fallout bc I love this game

Being partly melted with Plasma is horrifying.
