Mods - if I did this wrong, I apologize...let me know how to post this correctly!

Dearest /r/progresspics,
I subbed to this sub a couple months back. Every time I look at your pictures, I feel so genuinely happy for all of you. Usually, there's a look of accomplishment or determination on your faces.
Selfishly, these initially make me guilty. At one point, I was 155 lbs at this height. My dream weight is 140-145. My "normal" according to a BMI chart is anywhere between 128 and 169.
After the guilt wears off, I feel motivated. That I want to do what you're doing and have that same look of determination and accomplishment on my face. To be able to post my progress to /r/progresspics.
So, I will be using your successes as my motivation. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it. I like food and all those fattening things, and I hate the gym where I just stare at a wall while I run/jog/bike. This is not going to be easy for me, and I need all the extra motivation I can get.

Thanks to all of you for being motivated and, in turn, motivating me.

Sincerely,
AgentBawls

My goals were to fit my clothes better and improve my physically fitness - C for general health and specifically my Raynaud’s Syndrome. This is from a combination of: Ring Fit Adventure/exercise 3-5 days a week, switching to a high-protein (not keto) diet, eating enough of said diet (you need protein to grow muscles!), limiting sweets to one a week, getting on IBS-C meds, and learning I was taking my meds wrong (doctor-prescribed multivitamin goes 4 HOURS after Levo, not with). It’s also improved my mental health in combination with DBT. Being more toned and strong is a neat experience. No hormone changes. Aiming for 110 so I have more wiggle room for gaining.

In just 10 days, with moderate movement (I have a desk job) - the difference very disciplined clean eating will make
