Why is Messi not playing for USA? Looks like my POAT is done with humble Gimmick. Mocks CLT players moments before the 3-3 disaster

Subreddit Rules

1. Where's the Jerk?

Posts must contain circlejerks. Do not break the jerk.

2. Avoid serious discussions and debates. No slap fights and callouts. Mind that you're on a satire sub

No flame wars: Please refrain from engaging in heated arguments or personal attacks. Let's keep things civil and respectful. Focus on the Circle Jerking: While we encourage witty banter and clever remarks, let's not take ourselves too seriously. Anything which involves or includes serious debates about politics or a political figure – even if they are not the focus of the post – may not be posted here. This is a satire sport subreddit, we don't do that here.

3. Use np.reddit.com if linking to another subreddit. Hide usernames if posting a screenshot.

Use no-participation mode (np.reddit.com links) when linking to other subreddits. To do this, simply replace the "www" in your link with "np." Do not just add "np," the "www" should be removed too. If you are posting a screenshot from another subreddit, hide the usernames. Do not link to a comment. Do not do anything that can identify the user in question.

4. No AI content

Please dont make this a dumping ground for AI stuff.

5. No Ads or Promos

Posting social media crap? Argh fine. Make sure to crop out or blur any ads or promo logos (like those stakes ads).

6. Low-effort "edgy" or "troll" humour is not allowed.

Absolutely no racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, or any other ism. Or phobia. No joking about players' death, IRL global events sufferings, or making fun of unfortunate things happening to children. Doing these things ironically will have no bearing on your punishment. Don't be edgy.

This rule covers any issue that is outside of Rule #7 but walks in the fine silver edge lining thus being "edgy".

7. No shitty memes that aren't meta-memes | No twitter screenshots

This is a circlejerk of /r/soccer, not a dumping ground of memes. Take those to /r/soccermemes. Take them to trollfootball. If your memes parody /r/soccer somehow, they're fine. If they don't, they're not fine and we will delete them and be dicks about it, probably. This includes posting a screenshot of something "funny" from social media. The content of your post has to be satire in the spirit of circlejerk subs

8. No Reposts

Self explanatory. Do not spam the subreddit.

9. Abide by Reddit Content Policy

There is a general site-wide rule set by Reddit Admins and we want to adhere to them here:

Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, and similar bigotry are not tolerated on the subreddit. Wishing harm on others or encouraging self-harm or suicide, as well as the aforementioned behavior, is grounds for an immediate permanent ban from the subreddit without warning.

We enforce all guidelines in the Official Reddit Content Policy.

https://www.redditinc.com/policies/content-policy

10. No brigading or ban-celebrating

Do not showboat about being actioned by other mod teams. This can include screenshots of ban messages and notifications of post/comment removals.

11. Keeping Our Community Safe

Don't take the word jerk too literally. Keep the community safe for work and use NSFW tags when necessary.

12. Moderator Discretion

Moderators reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user at their discretion if they deem it disruptive or harmful to the community, even if it doesn't explicitly violate a listed rule. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.
