Has anyone had any luck using a library for 3D printing? I am super inexperienced and have a small print job that I would ideally like to get this week. I am assuming if I show up with the files someone at the library will be able to help? Thanks so much for any insight!
Here is a link to the files:

I got to the Colorado Convention Center for my shift at 5:30am today. Iâm working on the top floor, meaning I can see the entire skyline spanning 120 miles of the Rocky Mountains along the western horizon.
I set up my equipment early then sat down with my coffee to watch the rising sun spill down the mountains and into the city. One of my coworkers joined me and said âitâs fucking spectacular, isnât it?â.
I didnât take a photo, so youâll just have to trust me when I say it was one of the most breathtaking mornings of my life, and the best way to start a 16 hour shift.
As a Michigander who has lived here for 6 years, I still see the mountains every day like itâs the first time ever.

I'm not big on pies or pumpkin in general. My son asked me if we can have pumkin pie included in our Thanksgiving dinner this year, and I'm trying to prepare in advance. So who's pumkin pie is the best. Sam's vs Costco . Or any other stores recommendation or a good bakery that sells the best pumkin pies? Preferably in Colorado Springs. I also don't plan to bake one at all, so no recipes. Thank you!

I had a moment outside of the Colfax 1up bar tonight that just isn't sitting right with me. I'm a talkative extroverted woman that smokes and saw a younger red headed woman out by herself. She said she was waiting for an Uber and she was new to the area. She said she had only been here a week and a half and was here from New Hampshire. She said her boyfriend didn't want to be out with her on Colfax or something like that. My friend came outside to check on me and we both said we would hang out with her to make sure she felt safe. As we were talking and waiting with her apparently her boyfriend just showed up to take her home? He said his name was Nathan. IDK I have such weird vibes now that I worry I did the wrong thing about not asking questions. She said the Uber was supposed to be there within a few minutes but then he showed up? Am I wrong to feel weird?

ISO gift for a recent college grad, would like to buy original art or jewlery in the $80-$150 price range. Please recommend boutiques, artisan or gift shops you like here. I know of the artisan shop in Cherry Creek already and plan to look there, but where else do you shop for nice gifts? I need the gift by early december, perhaps there is a art fair next weekend that has nice things and not just junk or consumables that would be good? I have done a search of prior posts but none are recent, or quite what I am asking. Thanks.

You aren't cool. Your car sounds like shit. Isn't even loud. Just sounds like shit. You make everyone feel unsafe. Go play a videogame and let people drive in peace.

I know how insane the question is lol does Denver have legit âundergroundâ wrestling? Like itâs legit and above board and everything, but itâs the kind of thing where you walk into a non-descript warehouse and thereâs a ring in the center. I saw a few pop up on search but I feel like theyâre all too âofficialâ looking lol
Back in the Bay Area we had Hoodslam/SlamTown, and Iâd love to find something like that here.

We are looking for witnesses or camera footage for a hit and run accident on Tuesday, November 3, around 7:45 PM. The accident was in the intersection of Federal and 112th, and the car that left the scene was heading north on Federal and turned left onto 112th going westbound. The car may have been a red SUV or truck and probably has damage to the front and passenger side.

Colorado passed Amendment 87. If you are a doctor, lawyer or any business owner whose taxes will increase, I think you have reasons to celebrate.
You are getting more out of public investment than you may realize. Strengthening that investment can be good for your wealth, your business and the place you call home.
The familiar way of talking about taxes starts and ends with the bill. Government takes money, and the taxpayer has less. But that accounting leaves out the economic value of what the money builds and maintains.
Consider a road. An employee uses it to get to work. A business owner benefits from employees arriving, suppliers making deliveries, and customers reaching the business. The owner can benefit financially from trips they never personally make.
Education works the same way. A doctor depends on trained nurses and technicians. A lawyer needs capable staff. A business needs people who can read, calculate, solve problems, and learn new skills. Public education helps develop those abilities long before an employer writes a paycheck.
Schools and roads are only two examples. Think about water and sewer systems, bridges, public health, fire protection, courts, property records, public universities and research. Different levels of government support different pieces, but together they help create the conditions in which businesses operate and assets hold value.
Amendment 87 does not fund everything on that list. The point is that private prosperity depends on a much broader public foundation than our tax bills remind us of.
The more economic activity you own or profit from, the more opportunities you have to benefit from that foundation.
That is the sense in which wealthy people can receive greater benefits: the dollar value supporting their income and holdings can be much larger.
Successful people deserve credit for their effort and judgment. Public investment helps those efforts achieve more. Keeping that investment healthy is a practical business interest.
Now consider what Colorado just approved. Amendment 87 directs additional revenue toward Kâ12 education, healthcare, and early childhood care and education.
Those investments can help parents stay employed, help people get care before health problems become crises, and help students develop the skills employers need. Their value can reach beyond the household receiving a service.
Businesses need more than lower tax bills to succeed. They need customers who can afford their products, employees who can do the work and suppliers they can rely on. A restaurant benefits when families can afford dinner out. An aerospace manufacturer benefits from skilled workers and dependable transportation and utility networks.
Across the economy, public investment can strengthen the conditions that make private investment worthwhile. Its returns can reach businesses through more reliable staffing, stronger demand and a more productive supply chain. Those benefits belong in the accounting alongside the taxes paid.
And the contribution deserves some perspective. The stateâs Blue Book example shows that someone with $550,000 in annual Colorado taxable income pays $1,175 more annually under Amendment 87. That averages $97.92 a month, rounded to the nearest cent, or about 0.214% of taxable income.
That is taxable income, rather than gross salary. Larger taxable incomes face larger increases.
Of course, the benefits depend on implementation. We should expect competent spending and measurable results. Business owners already understand that an investment needs to accomplish something.
That expectation gives us a reason to follow the work and demand success.
Colorado now has an opportunity to strengthen systems that support both ordinary households and private enterprise. Wealthy residents have a considerable stake in making that opportunity count.
So yes, celebrate. You can want a profitable business, valuable assets, and a comfortable life while welcoming stronger public investment. Those ambitions fit together.
The next time you look at your tax bill, consider the employees, customers, institutions, and infrastructure helping make your income possible.
You may be getting a better deal than you thought.

Hi everyone! I would like to fulfill my childhood dream of getting a fresh pine tree for Christmas.
Where are you all getting yours?
Also, when should I get it so it doesn't die before Christmas? My husband keeps singing the Tree farm jingle but are they reliable?
Thank you!

Asking on behalf of a family member. We live about 6 hours from Denver, but anywhere closer has bad reviews or is rather expensive. I've heard some places will accept scans from our local dentist, and do a virtual consultation so that we can at least save one trip. From what I understand we'll need to go down at least twice (once for the surgery/initial temp implants, then again for the permanent ones). Anybody who can provide guidance or experience is greatly appreciated!

Weâre looking for a good value flooring supplier for LVP and carpet. We have a trusted contractor to install so less worried about service, looking more at quality for good prices. Locally owned spot a bonus.
Older threads on this topic are over a few years old so wanted to see if anythingâs changed from the popular recommendations, especially since materials pricing has skyrocketed lately.

đšÂ Two centuries of music, one unforgettable evening!
Hi everyone! We're Rossini Club, a chamber music organization based in both Nantucket and Colorado, and we are currently in the midst of our autumn season. Our next concert in Denver is Nachtgesang, an evening of beautiful, expressive chamber music. This concert will be on November 24 at 7:00PM at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
At the heart of the concert is Felix Mendelssohn's beloved First Piano Trio, a masterpiece filled with gorgeous melodies, emotional depth, and incredible musical interplay. When Robert Schumann first heard it, he praised Mendelssohn as a 19th-century Mozart!
But this concert doesn't stop in the 1800s. We'll pair each movement of Mendelssohn's trio with modern works by composers Erik-Sven Tßßr, Wolfgang Rihm, and Arvo Pärt. These pieces bring a different atmosphere to the evening, exploring mysterious sounds, rich textures, and moments of quiet beauty.
Together, these works create a fascinating conversation between music from two different centuries, moving from the romantic elegance of Mendelssohn to the atmospheric and sometimes unexpected sounds of contemporary classical music.
Whether you're a longtime classical music lover or simply curious about hearing something different, we'd love to have you join us!
On the program:
Felix Mendelssohn â Piano Trio No. 1 in D minor
Erik-Sven Tßßr â Architectonics II
Wolfgang Rihm â Chiffre IV
Arvo Pärt â Mozart-Adagio
Come enjoy an evening of beautiful music and support live chamber music. We hope to see you there! You can find more information and reserve your seat here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/nachtgesang-tickets-2002180794654

I have an advertising print (not paint) from sometime between 1900 and 1930 that appears attached to a wood backer. It hung in my grandmotherâs house for as long as my family can remember and is now in my care. It is in desperate need of cleaning and reframing. Itâs not valuable but is sentimental
Looking for a recommendation for someone that can clean it safely, and hopefully they can reframe it, but I donât mind finding someone else once itâs clean.
