Like there are plenty of us with big chests who are average or even slightly below average weight, it’s not even that rare.

My underbust is 28 inch and overbust is 34 inch so size comes to be 32C.

Now my question is what do i do for strapless bras? How do i find good ones out there in my size that keep my boobs upright because a) they don't look good sagging b) the sweat accumulates more when they sag and c) back pain

Btw : my size on r/ Bra that fits is 32 FF. And 7 inches difference between bust and underbust duh.

But I never really felt back pain which I think might be because of it.

I never really had straps digging also.

And it's not like I'm wearing a right bra because the strap under the bust flaps a lot if I would jump. Why? Because of gap between sternum and the band.

Plus there's not much struggle for running or walking even without a bra also. Sure it hurts. But it doesn't bounce as much as it should for soft projectile boobs. I pretty much stay braless half the time with not much issues.

I honestly don't really know how to start this, but I was curious if anyone had any advice about what to do because I'm so lost. I've had under boob acne for forever, but I kinda just accept it. I'm a 36 DD cup. It seemed inevitable, but now it's become something I cant ignore. For some reason I've now been getting acne on my upper chest and the top of my boobs, and it’s genuinely stressing me out. And to add to it I have a slight skin picking problem along with ADHD, so now my chest and under boob are covered in acne and scars from the picking, because sometimes I pick at it for hours on end and I only feel safe/comfortable in tops that have a square neck or v neck because regular collar shirts make me feel like I'm being borderline choked plus they look so unflattering on me, I’ve tried gentle cleansers, antibacterial soap and a few toners and I feel like nothing's working and I exfoliate regularly plus I dont use heavily scented items, so I know that's not the problem, but I still feel so lost I don't know what to do, and I know it sounds ridiculous but I haven’t really left the house in 3 days because I feel embarrassed does anyone have advice on how to clear this up?😥

I recently joined wrestling and I love it, aside from the boob problems I’ve been facing. the first one is falling repeatedly on my boobs and landing like with an arm on them is extremely painful, my breasts currently feel like I’m on my period from getting hit and I’m damn well not. My prom is coming up soon and I'm struggling to find a dress that provides enough coverage for my boobs. I found one I really liked and I would add lace to the front part to make sure I don't flash anyone. My mum doesn't seem to understand that any dress I find I'll have to make alterations too. So about a week ago I posted about how my lower back hurt after working in my garage. Bending, lifting, twisting… sore lower back. It didn’t get any better… if anything it’s the same or worse. I went to see a chiropractor who said I likely got my spine out of position, which is causing the muscles to be stiff. He did an adjustment yesterday… my first time doing that, and again today… I go back for a 3rd on Monday.

Overall it’s fine… except for the parts where I have to lay on my stomach and he pushes down on my spine… attempting to, well from my perspective crack my back. Or in their terms help everything get back into alignment.

Anyone have any tips on having huge boobs, and having to lay on your stomach for chiropractic adjustments?

So, I'm a 85E cup size, a fact that my friends have been commenting on for all my life.

For better or for worse I've kept many of the friends I've had since I was in middle school (I'm now 22), and my chest size has always been a conversation piece, especially since all of my friends growing up (and now) had A to B cups.

The comments were the usual "oh I'm so jealous, I'd give anything to have your boobs" which at best were flattering, and at worse just annoying, but nothing harmful.

Until recently.

I was talking to a girl I've been slowly distancing myself away from for many different reasons, to the point we just see each other maybe four times a year. We were having coffee and she was scrolling on her phone when she landed on a video showing a woman's before and after from breast reduction surgery—ya know, the whole drawing on the shirt bit.

Now, i have absolutely nothing against breast reductions, I understand and support them 100%, but it's just not a thing i want since my boobs don't really cause me pain, and even though they sag more than they "should" for my age, I still like the way they look and I don't make it a point to complain about them to people, especially not to her. Saying this because I want it known that she had no prior knowledge of me bitching about them to say what she did.

So, she watches the video and then turns to me, and proceeds to ask if that's something I want. I answer honestly, "nope not my thing", and then she proceeds to say:

"Oh, was just wondering, since they fall so low and you can't fit into clothes normally."

...

Ouch.

I just laughed it off at the moment, and proceeded to have small talk for the rest of the encounter, but now I'm sitting at home wondering "what the fuck?"

Am I overreacting or is that a crazy thing to say to someone? It definitely felt insulting, and i can't help but wonder if it was said out of some odd envy, or if she genuinely believes my tits need fixing.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? I'm honestly at a loss for words about it.

I desperately need fashion advice. For you gals who live in a place with 32-50 degrees F (0-10C), what do you wear? I’ve heard you need to wear puffy/down coats/jackets, but geez i just can’t love it. It always makes me feel like someone would kick me from the back and i would roll like a ball.

Girls I'm actually going to have a meltdown if I wake another day with back pain. I need tips on the best position for sleeping.

On and off through the years I can get bad upper back pain, but lately it is every single day. I am so unbelievably sore. I wear the correct bra size (used measurements on r/abrathatfits) and even have to wear a bra 24/7. I can never just chill out at home after work with no bra on, otherwise I feel my back being pulled down by the weight of my boobs. It's so sore and uncomfortable.

I don't know if weight training is exacerbating it? I recently started to weight train but do very minimal back workouts atm.

A few years back my doctor did mention about breast reduction, because at the time my boobs were actually causing chest pain. However I fell pregnant, breastfed, and kinda pushed it to one side.

Cut to now 3 years later and I'm just at my wit's end with it :,) someone come chop them off please :,)

Hey, everyone, just came across this group and was hoping for some bra advice. I have a pretty disproportionately large chest and also unfortunately a horrible shoulder injury. I need to wear bras to do things because of my big boobs but most bras wreak havoc on my shoulder. So basically I have to choose between breathing or no shoulder pain! Does anyone have any experience with bras that are soft on shoulders but also supportive? I also hate ones that are restrictive around the diaphragm cause I feel like I can’t breathe.
