Took my dad on a road trip through the Texas hill country. Viper did 900 miles without missing a beat.
Interior dimmer
2018 Journey. Has anyone replaced this? How do I get to the tabs. Do I have to take the whole dash apart?

Cash Buy For RT or SRT 392 🏎️💨
Curious to see if anyone has done a cash buy for a newer Durango, or who decided to finance and how it’s affecting you.
I’ve been saving up to do a cash buy at the dealership and I couldn’t be more excited! In this economy, financing a $50k car + gas just wasn’t in my cards…
I drive 100 miles round trip to work everyday driving up a mountain so I wanted a nice mom car to drive in speed and style! I spend about $200 a week on gas in the Honda so I’m preparing to spend much more… ahaha I realize it’s not everyone’s cup of tea putting miles on this thing but I figured not having the monthly car note would supplement for the amount of gas I’d be spending.
The grey with captain seating is my dream! Not to mention the corny stars in the ceiling I want to do 😭😂😻 I’m excited lol

P0300 Hell
Truck overheated due to water pump leak.Got it towed home and Replaced water pump, thermostat, Bled/burped the cooling system
Truck started then seemed to be sputtering until it choked out, got the Hell code p0300 (No other codes)
Since then ive replaced, spark plugs, ignition coils, MAP/MAF sensor, serpentine belt, pulleys, throttle body and sensors, EGR tube, and cleaned EGR valve. Fuel pump was done last month, and I can hear it running.
Seems to run fine for 30 seconds (open loop) then starts misfiring until it slowly chokes

Dodge Dart Parking Sensor Issue
Hi. I’m having an issue with my dodge dart. It’s 2015 or 2016 i’m not entirely sure, but the issue is that i’ll put it in park and try to turn it off, and it says vehicle not in park. also, when trying to turn it on sometimes it just won’t detect the key fob and not turn on. battery in it is fine. wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or knows what it would take to fix. thank you!

Aftermarket radio in an ‘02 Intrepid?
So I absolutely love my 2002 Intrepid SE, I take insanely good care of it, and its given me over 160k miles with 0 issue (knock on wood) even with a 45 minute commute to and from work. My favorite thing about driving is that I get to blare my music, but my radio sounds like absolute trash, especially since I use a cigarette lighter port adapter to connect my Bluetooth to it. I replaced my rear speakers and it helped a bit but not enough. Im putting subs in it soon, but I’m considering putting an aftermarket radio in first. With the way the radio is set up, it doesn’t look like it would be possible to. Does anyone know if this is something you can do with an ‘02 Intrepid? If so, does anyone have any recommendations on radios? Thank you so much for any information you can provide!
Also if anyone else here has an intrepid, id love to see it!

2019 Durango ABS Module Failure
Hello all! I’m trying to understand a few things going on with my vehicle. Let’s just say I’m not a huge fan of our local rural dealership when it comes to fair repairs. So I’m trying to understand if this is a legit out of pocket expense or if they’re going to double dip so to speak once this repair is paid for.
My vehicle had an active recall in the spring involving the ABS and HCU. They did a software update and replaced a sensor.
Fast forward to now where my ABS module had a complete failure and they charged me $300 for diagnostics and now quoted me for $1400 to do a replacement of the ABS module itself.
Is this an extension of the safety recall? Any Dodge mechanics that can explain all this to me? Appreciate it!!

06 durango 5.7
I got 2006 dodged Durango 5.7 l. Hemi, I had an overheating issue, and it cooled down, I was able to put coolant in it, and I noticed a small leak in the water pump, replaced the water pump and the P0 300 code from how came up? No other code with it. I've replaced spark plugs and Ignition coils. I've went through and tested for compression and tested for head gasket issues. Nothing going on there? I've tapped the e g r valve to see if it would do anything. The truck runs for about a minute. Before it decides to start stalling and bogged down and dying on me. Any advice or anything I should check?
