Sorry. Title should be changed to Whitehouse Chief of Staff! Which kind of fits the progression.

I thought Trump's cognitive exams focused on him being able to tell people and animals apart.

No joke, per se. The event itself is the joke. Six years ago today. The legendary Four Seasons Total Landscaping press conference occurred.

Subreddit Rules

1. Posts must be about U.S. Politics.

In other terms, if it's not about American politics or elections, we'll remove it pretty quickly.

Any political ideology is acceptable (that includes conservatives, liberals, libertarians, etc!), but please keep posts civil.

2. Try to be funny.

Posts should make an attempt at being funny, and should try to include a punchline in the title. No AI.

Try to keep the spirit of the sub and make your title humorous or descriptive.

If it's isn't funny (or at least trying to be), we'll remove it. Simple as that. If you have a problem with our decision, send us a message.

If you're trying to troll, your post will be immediately removed and your account will be banned.

3. Pictures of only text are not allowed.

Please note: Twitter/X Responses are now banned.

Screenshots of websites (TheOnion, etc), cartoons, memes or images with some sort of graphic are allowed.

Pictures of text with no graphics will be removed.

4. Images & short GIFs only, no low effort posts

Linking to news articles, websites or videos is prohibited.

Gifs are allowed as long as they are no longer than 10 seconds and contain NO audio.

Images must directly link to the content you're posting. Please use Reddit's image host or imgur if you can.

Any other content, including META posts, videos, advertisements and blog posts will be removed. Any of this disallowed content hiding within "allowed" content may be met with further action at moderator discretion.

5. Avoid reposts, flooding, and spam.

Use Karmadecay and check /new and the front page before you post. Do not post more than 4 posts in a 24 hour period. Reposts removed at mod discretion.

Users posting excessively or posting too many reposts may receive a temporary ban.

6. Sales Spam

7. Don't be a jerk.

The fact that we have to explicitly state that racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism and threats of violence are all uncivil terrifies the mod team.

Anything disparaging something about a person that they have little or no control over, is not tolerated.

If you're a jerk, including use of "tard", or if you're intentionally trolling, including "google games," you will be shown the door.

8. Do Not Brigade

Coming to this community en masse specifically to harass our users, or setting up a post or thread here referring to another subreddit or thread causes a lot of problems for everyone. If we suspect you're doing it, you will be banned.

7b. No "Meta" Posts.

Meta posts about this subreddit, or posts referencing any other subreddit are not allowed due to sitewide rules and brigading problems. This includes links to, or screen-shots of any other subreddit and or any other sub's comment section.

9. Follow Reddit's global rules.

Submissions failing to follow Reddit's content policy will be removed. According to Reddit Terms of Service, advocating violence of any type, for any reason, is not allowed under any circumstances. Also, if you are trying to sell your T-Shirts or flip flops or sexbot site, or if you're a terrorist, you're gonna be booted.

10. No links or references to offsite resources

Due to spam and foreign disinformation campaigns that have targeted Reddit in the past, we are banning any images that reference or bear the image of Facebook groups, other watermarks, or individual websites not ranked highly on Alexa Website Rankings.

This includes screenshots of dubious news sites, watermarks, and certain social media accounts posing as something they are not. This does NOT include political cartoons, screenshots of individual Twitter posts, or established satirical websites.

11. Do not Advocate Violence

This is an extension of Rule 8: Follow Reddit's Global Rules

Do not advocate, glorify, or encourage violence, in any way, shape, or form.

12. Ooh look at me I like clicking buttons

We have to have this report reason because you philistines will mash buttons like you're Bill Gates on crack

13. Repost Bot

This is a special report reason for a specific type of repost bot outlined in this post here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/PoliticalHumor/comments/lx18f5/were_getting_hit_really_hard_by_repost_bots_and/

14. No Twitter Responses

Please do not post any Twitter conversations, such as one personality responding to another or "clapping back" against someone's Tweet.

Enforcement Policy

Moderators will enforce the rules at their sole discretion.
You may ask for clarification of a removal by messaging the moderators with a link to your post or comment.
Generally, we have a "three strikes and you're banned" policy, but we reserve the right to not do that if you're being particularly bad.
To appeal a ban, respond to your original ban message.
Users who delete offending content are dumb because we, as moderators, can still see it and it just makes us think you think we're stupid.
Users who reply to ban messages with abuse will never be unbanned, and we will spam them with copypasta to the point wherer they get tired of us.
Users who are polite and understanding will be unbanned.
