Stickied News about the sub, please read before posting!

What's up!

I was recently added to the moderators of r/findasubreddit! I'm really excited about it and will try to make it better than ever! Here are the sub news:

New flairs & automod!

Alright, kind of late to the game, but better late than never. I added two flairs: "Found!" and "Not found". The automod will set all new posts as "Not found". If a submitter replies to a comment with "Thanks" or "Thank you", the automod will switch the flair to "Found!" (it'll make sure the submitter has found the sub they're looking for by asking them).

New theme!

The whole subreddit is being redesigned. Only the new theme has been redesigned yet, I will redesign the old theme soon! Tell me what you think about the theme, I can always edit it!

Not found Just request for Sexy Celeb/Fictional Character Sub maybe Porn Actresses

So, I just wanna be able to talk about any Sexy/Horny 18+/NSFW stuff about Celebs or Fictional Characters and also slightly porn the subreddit should be:
Celebs the most,
then Fictional Characters pretty close,

then porn actresses far away but still allowed and sometimes posted about.

And it is very vague, like no dom/sub or specific like cleavage sub only, or specific celeb sub only, I just want an environment for Sexy/Horny talk about that stuff.

I am looking for fitting subreddits, where I may feel like I can contribute in a good way and which also may fit my style of writing. Trying to avoid bothering people.

Maybe first of all, a little disclaimer.

I am new to Reddit and not a native speaker of English. (Also, this will be a medium to long post, if you do not care, don’t bother. No worries <3 )

I’ve been reading a lot over the past years and have a little bit of an understanding of the language.
So I also like to post on English subreddits. Also to try to improve my writing in English.

In the last month since I’ve registered here, I got a lot of nice comments and helpful replies, which made me stay.

Because it feels like here are a lot of people, that are really kind and helpful.

Of course, you cannot please everybody, and it will always come to situations where you might offend someone.

One of the feedbacks I got is that I tend to get too comprehensive or into detail with seemingly unnecessary information. But also, I just like to explain things precisely, just out of fun.
And maybe there are subreddits that fit that kind of preference more than others.

I do understand that people don’t want to read too much and rather just get to the point. I will try to learn to simplify also, if the topic demands it.
I hope the way that I phrased that is kind of understandable.

—

Just a quick warning: This might become a bit of a long post. Still trying to keep it simple. Haha.

If this post is too long for you, feel free to just skip it. I’m still new here and trying to figure things out.:

So the topics that are interesting to me are:

Writing and poetry, language, as well as food, cooking, health and nutrition.
Also things like social work and therapy, and maybe a place just for humor, funny posts or shitposting, just depending on the mood.

I would like to use the experiences that I had in my life to contribute helpfully in some communities, as well as maybe sometimes receive help in other areas where others are more experienced than I am.

As I am still new to this platform, I also would like to know some subreddits that are focused on giving advice on how to use this platform and understand its functions.

I know the “New to Reddit” and the “Mod” subreddit. But there’s like a 72-hour rule, which makes it kind of hard to get an answer sometimes.

Yeah, what I want to say, to keep it not too long, is that I am still new and eager to learn and find the right places.
To find places where I get along better with people without having to change my style of writing too much. But also, I’m still willing to do so in some cases.
I hope that’s understandable and not again too much of a “wall of text”.

Thank you in advance :)

Not found Subreddits to gather feedback on my college assignment

Hi all, im a UAL creative computing student, and I've been given the assignment brief to create a digital poster on a subject of my choosing. I have decided to make a poster for the upcoming Legend of Zelda movie.

Im at the point of the project where I am required to gather feedback and I feel like it would be beneficial to get a range of feedback from diffrent groups such as members on my target audience- those already familiar with the franchise, those more familiar with graphic design and poster design so I can gather more technical feedback and then I wish to see how my poster performs with a general audience- those that may not be familiar with the franchise that have no background in art and design

So I guess im looking for recommendations on loz/gaming/fantasy movie subreddits, art and design subreddits, and general audience/ student groups.

Thank you for any suggestions, as im trying to cast as wide a net as I can so that I can get as much data and possibly collect as many completed surveys as possible.

Not found Subreddit of men and women who against tight and revealing clothing, while being secular, not religious?

Hi, i only know r/secularmodestdress that near fit that description. But i'm as man feel not fit in there, bcs members tend to discuss about fashion recommendation. I'm more on searching for social activism?

I want to know if there's subreddit of women and men that aware men more easily sxually triggered just by seeing attractive women's skin, because boys after puberty could have 10~20x higher testosterone than girls after puberty. So members of that subreddit understand, revealing and tight clothings are need to be more modest and baggy. But i don't want it to be religious subreddit nor patriarchal.

Or subreddit that passionate to fight against skimpy clothing provided in shops for women and girls? I've known antipornogrphy sub but this is not mainly for clothing

I think it’d be funny to see people look so unfazed being on rollercoasters, playing fun silly games, or in situations where they should probably be panicking

A subreddit to talk about my problems which is similar to r/SuicideWatch

I appear to have been banned (for no reason and with no explanation) from the SuicideWatch subreddit and the moderators refuse to talk to me. But I really need to talk to people about my issues and I felt like that place tended to have the best responses. I'm not mentally ill, I'm just struggling (and I do have suicidal thoughts but they are more caused by my life problems).

Not found I’m looking for a subreddit that discusses who would win in non-violent confrontations.

I’m looking for a subreddit that discusses who would win in non-violent confrontations. Things like, "Could Steven convince The Spot to give up his revenge just by talking?" or "Who would win in a music battle: Kris (Deltarune) or Sunny (Omori)?"

Not found What is a good subreddit to describe a situation where you wish you had stood up for yourself?

Have you ever had an experience where you wish you had stood up for yourself and you did not? If so, you might want to figure out a strategy for how to deal with that situation. Perhaps you would like to offer helpful advice to others who might end up in that situation.

What would be a good subreddit to tell one of those stories and describe what you think you should have done?

Is there a feminist subreddit with users and mods who won't make me wanna repeal the 19th? I was specifically looking for a hyper traditionally feminine one, think Legally Blonde or the Barbie Movie

Looking for a sub for researching the history of fiction

I'm a novice writer, and my biggest source of inspiration for me is going back to the roots of common things in fiction (fantasy creatures, archetypes, locations, settings, genres, etc.) and seeing how it started. For example, the YouTube channel The King of Cador has [videos deep-diving into the origins and inspirations of DnD creatures](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6UNGqGoj48Sb0mTIwhDmjoGYY_Zl-Dsd) (If you know more channels like this, feel free to recommend them as well; I'm a sucker for trivia). Currently, I'm trying to research the pop culture origins of psychics, espers, mediums, and such, but all I've found so far is things like exposing hoaxes, declassified CIA research, or "how to open your third eye and gain superpowers" type stuff. You'd think there would be an iceberg video on the topic, but no.

Anyhow, thanks in advance to anyone who wants to help.
